I've heard of several people having problems with this group (go/vegas online/crazy slots) I really hope you get your money. Push them and stay on top of them, that is my best advice to you.

what withdrawal option did you use?
I made a withdrawal by wire transfer and just checked that they will charge the fee of 2.25%, my withdrawal is $900, they will take out more than $200 from this and the intermediate bank will charge some fee, my bank will charge some fee also. Dam, I should have requested by Fedex check.

why would they take out $200? i use "wire transfer" and the only thing outside of the 2.25% is my bank charged me $15.00 for a over seas wire transfer, so out of my $1500 i got $1420 free and clear. my guess is that the bonus they give you is taken back when processed, IE: mine was $25 so, 1500 - 2.25% (33.75) = 1467.25 - 25 (bonus) = 1442.25 - 15 (bank fee) = 1427.25, make sense? i just checked my records of the wire transfer and the total i got was $1,420.31, also remember if you are in the USA, that the exchange rate makes it vary a few dollars on larger amounts

It depends on the casino group tracy. Im commited and swear by the English Harbour group as far as reliable and fast pay outs go. They dont require gift card copies but I've heard of other casinos being very vigilant and avoiding payments unless ALL credit cards are copied. So check with live support.

hi again, i'm irritating aint i? ...lol....but i need answers... i tried cashing out at OnlineVegas casino (a sister site of Crazy Slots). i sent in everything, but they have stated that they want an exact copy of a utility bill for address verification. Now, my issue here is I live with my mom and all bills r under her name. I sent in a paystub, and they wont accept it. Is there any other form of document that may substitute the requirement for a utility bill? Another issue i have noticed is those casinos don't offer any forms of depositing other than credit card. That is a trip...don't you think? And withdrawl methods, they don't give much of an option for tose without checking accounts (like me) other than checks and i don't think international checks are easily cashed by usa banks without an account. Whats would u suggest i do.......

your cc statement has the address you had on file with them?
remember, you need to have some kind of docs that have the address u had on file with them. if it's necessary, send them an email requesting to have address change to the address that you have a doc to prove. hope it help
but i dont have a bank account so i sent in my credit card statement and theyt still said they need utility bill...???? i didn't understand why i couldn't substitute those documents for the utility bill...

Never did I say that I was disappointed when I was playing over there. Its been very pleasant experience playing there. But, when you're trying to cash out, they are just too strict......or maybe they just dont want to pay out...who knows whatever their reasoning may be. I mean, it's just not cool to have been a depositing player there and to find out you just can't cash out for 'the many reasons they come up with' . I've been a really big fan of vegas tech casinos (not the English Harbour group though), but if they won't cash out my winnings, there's really no point to keep depositting there. I'm sure you understand where I'm coming from.

well, i never got any money from them at all...because, like i said, they were just making too many excuses and took very long at replying back to me that i just gave up and spent my winnings. yeah, i was pretty mad because they took about two months with me emailing them back to back with all sorts of documents just to substitute that utility bill requirement....i even sent back my paystubs, my storage bill, my bank statement, and even the statement for the creditcard i had used on their site. despite the fact that all of the documents i sent in had my address on it, they still would not substitute the utility bill for any one of 'em. it's kinda hard to believe that my paystub was not accepted in lieu of a utility bill. i even spoke to one of the reps before i made a withdraw and they said it was ok for me to send in my paystub in lieu of the utility bill, but when i initiated my withdraw, they just wouldn't accept it. as many documents that i sent in, all they kept saying was that they received my document but still need a utility bill with my address on it. i love their casino and i dont get tired of playing there but i'd be foolish to deposit there again...on the other hand, it might have been different if i had a utility bill under my name...who knows....you'd have to try and withdraw to actually know what issues you might come across...all that i can say is gl to you....2.4/ 5
