So I had a ridiculously lucky round of slots this week, first was on Club Vegas USA which gave me a free 25 which I worked my way up to 200 before hitting a jackpot on a 3 reel and winning the 1250 from that, so I cashed out 1400 and played the other 50 since there was no max cashout! So while that was processing I go to Cocoa and put in 66 dollars without a bonus because of a mis understanding that they wouldnt fix for me (whatever, ends up working out big time) and I play my account up to 1500. LOL WOW.. After just making sure at the support, since ive been screwed so many times, I thought i'd check to make sure I was going to get my money I get this awesome notice from support. Here we go again... Before I made the 66 dollar deposit I told coleen that i didnt have promtoions, she told me that i had another account from like 5 years ago, i told her i dont know the information and she said i can close it for you manually. She asked me the information and i told her then she closed it and said that I would be given new promotions now since i only had one account. So now i ask her about my cashout, WHAT DO YOU KNOW, she tells me my account is probably not going to be paid because i have more than 1 accuont on multiple rivla casino sites. .... Never have I ever made another rival casino site without having support close my previous one because they were all made aboug 5 years ago and I stopped gambling for 5 years.. I do not remember the usernames orthe passwords or even what sites i had made them on before since they have like 50 of them. This is an outrage, is this what a 4 star reviewed casino site does now also, they just screw the shit out of you regardless? Oh wow this just does it for me, never will I play on these foreign money scams every again. I get on club vegas and am tol now that cocoa casino said that i have multiple accounts (just on cocoa) that all my rival money that i've won is subject to be removed, HAHAHAHAH and this is what happens when you win people, dont bother ever playing these sites again.
Edit: Put a total of 800 dollars in in the last 2 months, and actually WON this 1300 im trying ot withdrawl from a LOYALTY BONUS and now after i won ONCE they are telling me sorry we can't give it to you.. but what we can do is take your 800 in the past two months and just smile at you Both casinos let me go on months and hundreds perhaps thousands of dollars in deposits until they "flag" me for not being elligible for a withdrawl? I'm not sure why ClubVegas would say that when your account isn't even closed at Cocoa Casino. I don't see any grounds for removing any money from your account at all. I have no affiliation with them but if you like you can have them contact me.
That said, please read what I wrote to you in the PM. Your cashout at CC is still processing and from what I can see, it was never denied. I apologize for the poor support in this case but please consider what I wrote regarding your treatment of the CSR staff.

Edit: what about this issue of them pretending to think I have two accounts there? I assume you can check the logs from back when i made my first deposit and see that i requested that the other account (that never had a deposit made on it) to be closed which it was and my new account honored and re-promotioned as such.. Is this issue of my name being red flagged accross Rival Casinos as a multiple account rule breaker over? -

Well you do have two accounts there technically, but like you said, one has been closed and the other is in fine standing. It shouldn't affect anything. I can only speak for Paradise 8, Cocoa Casino and This Is Vegas though.
If other Rival casinos are using the mult accounts at Cocoa as a reason for account closing or holding funds then this is completely unjustified and I'll be the first to speak to someone on your behalf about this. If you have multiple accounts at other casinos too though, then it's out of my hands.
As far as being red flagged. It's very possible that the support has made a note on your account after the way you spoke to the CSR you dealt with but it shouldn't affect your account or your ability to deposit/withdraw or claim promos at all.Rated:5/ 5

they told you to make another deposit for verification, but you can withdraw that money out, right after your deposit. For example, you have $300 in your account now, and you make $25 min deposit by your deposit method of choice that you can withdraw as you prefer, let's say usemywallet, then immediately, you can submit a withdraw of $325 by usemywallet. In your case, you can select the other deposit/withdraw option.

That is the whole problem. I mentioned above that I can NOT make a deposit with this method. I depositted on this rival group of sites because Echeck WAS available. Something happend that caused this rival GROUP not to be able to use them, this is not my fault in any. Now that echeck was removed they are basically telling me, now you have to deposit with usemywallet (again, which I can't) to withdrawal and that is the only other option on the site.... I used this as a withdrawal method because italked to usemywallet and they told me i could withdrawl from their site WITHOUT making a deposit so figured there would be no problem, but again CC casino is making the problem. As I said this is not my fault that echeck was removed, and I was using this casino becuse i knew i was golden with this cashout, now that it isn't, im screwed? I think the casino should realize this problem and find a way to give it to my usemywallet account WITHOUT a deposit.. As i said before, since ive made about 60 deposits to this site, why do I need 1 more? Usemywallet sure doesn't need me to why would CC?

FINALLY after arguing for a long time I got the manager who added? ? ? ? ? the new echeck to my account finally? ? ? ? Now I depositted another deposit with the new echeck? ? ? ? ? and have to wait 16 days for it to clear so and then another 2-5 to get the check into my account? ? ? ? ?
Whatever, Ill be back in like 2 months to tell you if I got my money I guess.

you are right, echeck.us was pulled out of gaming transactions, but this is different, this one is just Echeck, lol, which they will debit the money straight from your checking account without the fee. You have to pay $2.50 fee for other echeck.us thou. I had around 1K in this echeck.us account, and nothing I can do now, but to vent.
I thought EcheckUS pulled out of gaming transactions. I would be careful with them. Do some research on them, I know people on other forums wating for lots of money from them.
