Casinos that bait and switch

I am getting really sick of casinos pulling the bait and switch and need to be identified and called out for doing this. If people call them out maybe this would stop this from happening. What I am talking about incase you don't know is " A casino offers you 30 free spins to sign up then once you sign up the offer changes and you don't get the free spins but are offered 50% deposit bonus instead."  This is Bait and Switch"  This is not allowed in a retail maket and should not be allowed in the gaming market either. Again, another casino pulling this again,  Casdep.com  This is one of the casino that LCB offers to let you get a bonus with your cherished daily chips.  I was looking to use my $2.00 worth of chips to try this casino and went to sign up. Up popped a box, "Sign up now and receive a $10.00 bonus, so I signed up and guess what " NO BONUS" Then I get an email from PETER that says " Also, be aware that for some countries one or multiple sections might not be available due to legal regulations." So why offer me the Bonus if they then cannot Honor it. SCAM... Dont play at this casino.  Who knows, one of their regulations might be " Not to pay their customers" 

I understand your point of view, I too thought the same way. Ads/offers can be very misleading and this is the main reason why we need to read the terms first and read them very carefully in order to prevent mistakes, in this case yours. Nobody likes to read a bunch of words but they exist for a reason. Last week Oshi sent me 2 emails and both offering deposit bonuses, 160% and 140% which I think very confusing, which one is it, 160% or 140%? So I asked live chat agent regarding this and he told me there's nothing for me at the moment...I thought and told him why even bother sending me those email if I'm not eligible for it? He apologized and that's it. Support and promotion department is very poor and very misleading. They offered me those bonuses because I haven't been active for over 6 months they said, that's true but my actions always have a reason and it's very obvious why I'm no longer active at Oshi casino.

In my country, there is a tons of non online casinos, it seems like one on every block. All these casinos also offer specials but the only terms and conditions are you need to be 18 - 21 years old to play at them. There is no taxes on casino winnings and no terms and conditions to play in these casinos. If online casino want to give offers in our country they should have to follow the laws in the country that they offer the services too. Oviously my opinion.

I did receive my $10.00 from Casdep Casino after I asked them about that link and told them I was disgusted about the link they had on their website. The $10.00 bonus comes up when you attempt to leave their webpage without signing up. It may not be a regular bonus but it does exist.  I have since made a deposit to their casino.  Thank you for looking out for me.

As for the 777 casino, Thank you but I would not play there now anyhow.  Its nice to see someone looks out for me.

As Mojo Jojo said, always always read the terms. Sometimes it's just something that was missed or the terms were made by person not necessarily knowing the rules of every single country on earth. Doesn't need to go far to find some issues. For example, right here in the shop. Calvin casino and Grand wild casino 5e free chip offer. If you read the terms, it shows that Canada is elligible for the offert but on top of it, it says that the bonus can only be played on netent slots. Netent pulled out of Canada years ago by their own choice and forbid any casino to let any canadian play them to avoid problems. So canada is elligible to buy the free chip but cannot play the only slots allowed. I didnt show up in a while here so i don't know when these offers have been added, but if not already, there should be popping complaints eventually from canadians not reading terms that bought the free chips, used them and ended up with bonus money they cannot use anyway. But in that particular case i seriously doubt it's intentional. It's a simple miss that could have big consequences if the same mistake is done elsewhere at a bigger scale with bigger amounts in play.
