  • Beware of Casinos affiliated with Casino rewards. Unprofessional customer service. Will steal your personal informations. I talked to this Ben from Risk Management department of Casino Rewards and is very unprofessional. Imagine no reference number on the conversations you have discuss with, No Managers or Supervisors you can speak with. It's just BEN, BEN and only BEN. Thats the company you want to deal with? These people will advertise alot for you to deposit in your company then when you win, they will not let you withdraw your money ( I won $100) even to the same credit card that you have use for depositing, weird.. what's the rationale behind this? easy to deposit but making hard for us to withdraw? Secondly they refererred me to a different withdrawing method. Then after a month of waiting, contacted them back to inquire with the status of my withdrawal, then ask me for tons, I mean tons of personal, private documents. To name a few are, your 1. PASSPORT, with your name, your birthday, then your 2. DRIVERS LICENSE, 3 months of BILLING STATEMENTS with your complete address, 4 your CREDIT CARD SHOWING your credit card number and your informations, 5 your BANK CHECK with complete details on it and your BANK ACCOUNTS. Can you guys beleive it? all your private confidential records. I will NOT recommend or suggest any casinos that are affiliated with CASINO REWARDS. It will just reap your money in and you cant withdraw any money out. ( and online phishing beware )

  • Hi all, i haven't posted for a long time in this forum, but when i saw this thread i just had to reply.

    first of all this new person has only made 2 posts, it says that under his or her name, so 4 posts can not be true unless they had another forum account..

    secondly the casino rewards group are bad, and what this person is trying to explain is what is correct, do not trust them and yes, Ben is the person who seems to be the only one who deals with these things, i had a issue with this group a long time ago, i even made a thread about it in this forum.

    why do people always reply in a nasty way when someone is trying to warn people and also it seems people just want to be nice to the people they want to be nice to, this was a new person using this forum and he or she was warning us, isn't this a bit cruel, when they made the effort to warn us...

    sorry this is just my oppinion and i also broke my long absense from posting with this reply, but it did anger me, to see someone getting a nasty reply when they was only making a thread warning us to be aware, that is one other reason this forum is for, for people to warn of casinos and casino groups.

  • I am not saying some of their casinos are not crappy, but I have been playing at Vegas Slots Casino,one of Casino Rewards affiliates, and I have not had any serious problems with this Casino.  I have won almost $15000.00 this year s far at this casino and have not had any problems getting my money sent to me. I currently have Diamond player status.

      Now please understand I am not putting down what you are saying.  I think some of their support people need a lot of extra customer service training but for every bad support person, there is always a good one too. 

    I had one of their customer service people tell me I bounced a $200.00 deposit and there was no way after days of telling her that one of their "crappy" casinos made a mistake and did not withdrawal the money from my account, would she believe me. Now that pretty bad customer service after I played 100000.00 on the Casino Rewards Casinos. She keep telling me I bounced the deposit and each time she said that it angered me more but in the back of my mind I also know that these support people are usually located in some third world nations or islands in Antigua or some where like that and some support people do not have the American/Canadian English as a first language so they might not understand how saying that statement may piss of someone off.  

    Instead of stressing over it, I just re-deposited the $200.00 and the situtation was done.

    I understand how you felt. It happens. I just wanted to say that all their affilate casinos are not all bad.  If you play one that has downloadable software, not online only software and stick with Microgramming games, if you have a problem with the casino, contact Microgamming and they will help you resolve the situtation..

    This is all based on my experiences and If you have the time, you can always find someone who is helpful.  I have been playing here for over 10 years and Vegas Slots casino is one of my favorite casinos.
