Received 10 free and completed wager, max cashout is 100 euro.I have 120 euro in my account but cannot withdraw, as I get a error whenever I tried to make withdrawal request. They ignore me and my emails bounce back whenver I email them. Support is never online and when I eventually got them online they tell me to email. THey only support wire transfer, however they charge 35 euro for fees so I will only get 65 euro.

I even opened a complaint on another website, and still nothing, no feedback.

Hi everyone i want to warn everyone inthis site to stay away from  CROMWELL CASINO.

This site is a totally scam site. i made few deposit and my last one of 300 was Stolen unused .

i have tried to contact the support email but all the emails bounce back , the chat operators never replies to the chat . they block your accounts and they keep your money.

i am not sure how can legally tackle this site, they have a fake london office address ( i went there and there is ot office) and fake number.

i am not even speakingabout winning. they took my money that i just deposited  300 euro unused ! proper robbery . i  will not stop till i see this company closing down .this is 100% fraud

You can make a complaint and post it in the Complaints section on our forum. We don't have this brand on LCB but we can try to get in touch with them and investigate it further.

Hi Adele my nickname is icnusa79. I have tried to conact them so many times but their support email dosen't work as the email bounce back and their tel number is totally made up and it dosent work . Plus the chat operator is almost impossbile to reach and when u do they tell u to contact the email support ( which dosent work) .A totall scam  but now my bank is also investigating as they frauded me stealing my money. I have same kind of experiences about Cromwell casino: no replies to chat, e-mails returns back, can not verify account either in internet or mobile phone, can not withdraw.....I have not played bonus, only with real money. Please, can somebody help me?

I won total 100 euros and made bank withdrawal but nit sure if confirmed of not.
