    NetEnt has been restricting many countries in the past months, I think it has something to do with licencing. Furthermore, to my knowledge, if a country is restricted by NetEnt, even casinos that normally welcome players from that country must restrict NetEnt games. Its really hard to say when you will be able to play it again, if ever.

    I believe NetEnt restricted us Canadians from playing their slots around the start of 2015 in almost all casinos. Now that it's 2019 they have come running to cut the red ribbon and once again reopen their gates of tremendous bounty of us! Have we Canadians ever told you NetEnt that we missed your absence? Thought we lost this beautiful platform for good....I sure am glad everything is unblocked and fixed! :)
