plz tell me your opinions on this terminology members i entered both competitions over both sites and didnt win and liked shared n commented all the winners except for 1 on each site only commented from what i seen from it u had to like and share it as well?

what would you have thought from what it says lads n ladies??

i have talked to rep on fb and he wont even ring me to talk about it as far as he is concerned his terms are plain as day i dont think so am i wrong??

We've talked at great length in pm regarding this so to be fair, an additional phone call isn't really necessary. As explained, to enter, one simply had to post their favourite slot for a chance to win - nothing more, nothing less and open to any person who posted. The only qualifier was to list your favourite slot.

as i said in pm i was sure you would respond straight away on here it does not say liking and sharing would be appreciated it says be sure to like and share ?? you might want to change what you post on fb!! in my country be sure means make sure u do .... you are an international site and i have deposited over 300 in last3 months which is huge for me so i think i have a right to get a bit upset by your terminology especially when i gave you the option of ringing me and talking it out with me ??  as i said i will see what other members think but u didnt give them a chance before u jumped right in!!

yes it is a free competition but i wouldnt say it was just for fun?? i could of understood you saying maybe you were wrong with the terminology have not had a go at your site or its daily management that is good just your latest fb competition and i still believe you should have put it in better terms as it is misleading whether u agree or not.

As I've said (here and in pvt messages) I fully understand your position. Please bear in mind, you having shared and liked in no way diminished your chances of winning. Having won in both November and December, you know anyone can win these free contests. I'm sorry this one wasn't a winner for you and that you found the terminology misleading.

ok as you will know not many ppl share promotions from casino's on fb unless they have a chance to win by them if i am wrong plz correct me members i will give you what happend with bet-at weekend raffle and slotty vegas raffle there was 37 comments on bet-at and 25 shares and 44 comments and 24 shares on slotty vegas now u really wanna tell me i was the only one that thought u had to like n share??? cause if u can say that honestly then i reckon most of the members on here will be very ermm welll........

Again, liking or sharing the promotion in no way hampered your chances of winning the contest and while I understand you thought it was a requirement, as you fufilled them, it still had no bearing on the outcome of you winning or losing this particular contest so I'm not certain, aside from saying we should change the terminology, what the griveance is. If that is the suggestion here, I've already stated I fully understand this and thanked you for this feedback.

as i keep saying we have discussed this already i want other forum members opinion on this not the casino's opinion this is a forum member site  plz give them a chance to answer this thread if they want to a,sure they can see your point of view and can see my point of view without you having to answer every thing i post

thx blueday this is what i have been trying to say and from the number of shares on fb it seems to me im not wrong in saying most ppl took it this way, however i have said it may not have been a condition but it sure sounded this way to most of the competition enterers including myself.

what has annoyed me is that the rep has quoted me having won 2 raffles in the last 3 months but he forgot to mention the 300 euro i deposited in the last 2 months (dont make me feel guilty for winning a competition and i didnt withdraw off either win) .when im trying to point out you have worded your competition this time very badly most of us forum members will tell you that we want nothing more than a site that will state exactly what they want and what u will get if u play there i am getting rather fed up with casinos and there reps making excuses rather than apologizing when they mess up on either there terminology and confusing players.

i may be ranting a bit but am so fed up of casinos not admitting they were wrong or if u wanna put it unintentionally wrong, we spend our money on these sites no matter how small or big.

i am not saying they are a bad site what im saying is their promo was not worded right at all.

i agree that it is good that they have said this however this could have been said to me on fb rather than arguing the point that they were in the right and i was wrong as as said before i did offer for them to ring me to talk about my reservations over this.  im glad they realise that they need to be clearer with promos but next time plz listen to your customers we are the ones putting money in the site.

I believe I have in good faith addressed your points and listened to your concerns via pm in upwards of 40 pvt messages prior to this thread on this subject including explanations, apologies, well wishes which were imo, both polite and professional, making a phone call reundant, then further addressing them here again.

A quick aside,  I would not be at liberty to publicly state your deposit history here and to winning on Facebook, you are aware we publicly post winners there on the page

Should you have any questions on any other matters, I'm always happy to address them.For my part,  I consider this issue to be resolved.

ok i just said i was happy with the answer on here however looking at my first quote on this post you can see u did mention my fb history of winning when as u said it is public on fb so why need to quote it here if not to prove a point? there was no apology in the pms to me and no mention of you being at fault at all i can paste all of them here if you would like it is not a problem?? so please dont patronise me after i have said i was happy with your eventual response on here. And upward of 40 messages omg

as i said am happy with the outcome that u said on here but dont patronise me after doing that and word your promotions better the next time as u said u would am not going to spend my time arguing with you on here.
