    Thought I try a different casino in spinit  and had the worst experience ever. Won £500 through the welcome bonus to find out winning are capped at £200. Then had to verify my account with their security team who take over a day reply to your email and had the worst support team ever. AVOID

    I didn't play in SpinIt casino.

    But, as you mentioned above, the max withdrawal is capped at some multiple of the player's original deposit like 10 x the original deposit.

    Some casinos have that restrictions in the T&Cs and Bonus Rules etc.

     

    It is not bad and not to be blamed just for them to set the max withdrawal.

    But, if it is hidden in a tricky way, it is another issue.

     

    Anyway, the max withdrawal cap is too small.

     

    I hope that you had your withdrawal without much problems there.
