    Do you have amy info about their loyality program? Is that possible tp check the current level, what rewards I got and what comes? 

    The communicatiom between the customer support and me doesnt work somehow, I will write a review about this in another topic.. 

    My problem is with the loyality program that I donz know where I am now, what I have to reach and at this cadino thats why I would be great if I could get any useful info, because from he casino i get strange offers, suppport try to let me such answers which are full illogical, so today tried last time to ask from them about anything... thats why I'm here.   • Thank you.. but if someone plays there and has more experience about this, I would be happy for any player experience.. My last status update is Tar and Feathers specialist, yesterday it was Tenderfoot. By the Tenderfoot level up I got email about it, and later also special deposit boni.. now I dont get mail from payment, from the status changing,.. 

    The reason why I cant without any info accept the answer from the support as I will get always info in email if they credited any reward to me is that they sent to me previously such an bonus which were full fake (i was after my second deposit, they sent me a special offer after my first payment, extra 50 spins. When I asked them they closet the discussiom with the info that its for new players, and  if it would be al level up gift to me would be expired already, because the bonis are available 24 hours), sometimes they sent mail after payment this time nothing about this too, and because bonus history or any info from free spins on the account also not available.

    I accept any bonus terms, if I choose a casino, but I think if a casino works like this, and they dont give any concrete  info on their site or on user account, they have to count with questions from our site. Abd if that method is the email, they can understand me if I need help to check my profile, to inform me why I get from the same thing one time mail, one time nothing, amd that I have questiom if something change on.my profile what I donr know what does it mean.. 

    Sorry, it was long.. they got a mail from me last time when I got fake infos from the casino, and yesterday I also tried to explain why I ask my  questions but so I don't want to stress myself, I play casinos for fun and not to fight with a live support

    You can also see the progress in the top right corner of your browser when you play, so you can always keep an eye on your progress.

    On this tab you will also see the steps you have unlocked and the bonuses this offers you.
    It should be noted that at each level up a bonus is offered to you. When this happens you will receive a notification from the casino directly on your page and an e-mail.


    Finally, we do not reveal in advance the upcoming level bonuses in order to keep a little surprise in store for you.

    So my Vip level status is this:

    As you can see; this vip level status doeabt exists, that's why I tried to ger some info what is this update again.

    And to show you why I wanted more conctere info about your bonuses I can also show you with screenshots.. 

    If I check my accoumt I can still see my new vip status, but the only offers what you sent me again today too (2x  this day) a first deposit bonus (I paid already 3 times, my 1st deposit bonus was only % boni without free spins ):

    I hope ypu understand why I have questions.. I understand that you want to gives us surprise but if we can get any concrete info from you in email, you should send us such emails which are relevant..

    My user name is Solya80 and I play from Switzerland with you.

    I speak german but english is also ok for me, only if I write on mobile is a bit difficult. :)

    So thanks to your previous infos I dont make too much tthinking about the rewards system further mire after your kind answers. I dont understand everything 100%, but thanks to your infos I know that if you send an email about level up, that means only that I am  one step near to the real next level, which I can check on my profile at this level bar in %. After 4 payment now its 67%, so niow I know that after 3-4 deposit shouldf I be more careful wjen I check my mailbox and I see any mail from you :)

    Today I played again with your casino, and this time the chat really checked my account and gave me correct info, so I will do it in the same way in the future, I dont read or try to understand the different promo mails with searching bonus terms  and history, just check what allows cassier ar rhe moment when I wanna play, an choose from those bonis, and if I get such a mail what I dont really understand, I contact the live chat team, and ask them if I got anything or so :)
