any tip how to win in blackjack?

I play in 5 different casinos to see which one is the best winnings.
I have a good tactic in roulett but blackjack is a lot of luck.
Any ideas what to do?

btw. i tried all and i found out that they are all the same with the luck.
a litle more percentages of winnings is the moons cause it could be its a new casino site.

You can use the general guide which is helpful and really evens the odds between you and dealer. 

Here is what I have experienced; hence, my two cents.  And remember, that is ALL it is worth in most cases.  I only play at a table with a SINGLE deck of cards.  ManyBJ tables deal from multiple decks.  The advantage of a single deck is you can keep track of cards in your head more easily.  I think this gives you a slight edge.

As a blackjack dealer I can tell you that all tips we receive are appreciated. In most cases dealers are paid minimum wage by the casino, which for the most part goes to cover taxes on our tips and insurance. We live off our tips. If you are on a winning streak, get a blackjack or win a big hand in a game like 3 card poker it is customary to tip your dealer. It all depends on how much you are betting and how much you're winning. You can always place a bet for the dealer, or toss them a tip. It should be whatever you are comfortable giving, but keep in mind what you've been winning. If you're playing on a $100 minimum table and throw the dealer a dollar for a blackjack you'll look like a cheapskate, but on a $5 minimum it isn't so bad. You are right, there are a lot of players who don't have a lot of consideration for the dealers. We deal with a lot of negativity every night, the tips are the reason we keep going back to work! Just so you know, there are A LOT of very nice players out there too. Even when they're losing they don't take it out on the dealer. To the person that suggested you shouldn't tip casino employees due to suspicion of the casino, that's ridiculous. The casino expects us to get tipped, we are considered tipped employees.

lol...i've given up blackjack online....at land casino's i do decent, but online  I got 11, dealersshows a 6 and i'll double down....i'll end up with 15 and dealer ends up with 20, and everysingle time i get blackjack.......PUSH........oh and the dealer will never bust, every tim i have a 12 and hit....bust.....dealer always gets 2/3/4/a/a...lol i just gave up on that...never seen anything like that in a landbased casino before....oh wait, i have seen it........it was called Vegas Vacation!!!!
