Customer service from this site won't answer me in any way, so, I am hoping someone has already gone through this and can help me. I used one of my weekly bonus codes at Slot Nuts and followed the playthrough instructions, etc. After getting up over $200. I tried withdrawing and can't figure out how. United States. I have used the live chat (always says it is down), emailed (received email from them stating they had received my email) never received any response to my questions...and, called (the recording I get states to leave my info and they will return my call...they never have). Any help will be very much appreciated! Thank you.

Be sure to complete the Security form and fax it back, signed with the information they are requesting. (you can print it from the link below)

Be sure to read the T & C's of the bonus code before getting too frustrated. If it was a No Deposit code and you haven't deposited in between using the codes, you probably will not receive the withdraw. BUT it doesn't hurt to try.

1 I lost it all, the 10 I mean
1 im over 50

but they dont have moneybookers or neteller as option to dep or withdr.
