those two games are  , especially cosmic espisode 1, I have to have at least a spin on this game on each of my deposit with rivals.  Livechat was correct, 5x max cashout the bonus applies, so $90 x 5 = $450, plus your deposit of $30 and your max cashout is $480.

to speed up your withdrawal process, you need to make sure that your docs get accepted.  I've been waiting for a day without a reply after I sent in my docs.  I then contacted livechat and was told my docs are missing.  Did you deposit with them by credit card?  if you did, you have to send them the faxback, but there's a problem, on their faxback form, there's no part where you can sign, they ask me to have a signed faxback and sign anywhere on the paper, waste my time, but I have to do it.  Just to let u know, gl

what happen?  they did not let you do the withdrawal?

well, yes, so far.  I have not deposited (wasn't required as far as I can tell) and they have removed all the processors for depositing and for withdrawal.  I made the playthrough on the 75$ free chip (93.3% WR), but there it sits.  I have asked in the Casino help section, but so far, no budging on their part.
Some of my other rivals are also without processors (still have bonuses, though!), some are showing "server not available" type messages. 

Yeah I recieved my first withdrawal to moneybookers last night.  Waiting to see if the second part hits today.

Still looking for a rival with a less than 30x playthrough and no max cashout bonus though, taadaa!
