    I totally get your point. After being a member for 15 years, surely you would expect the VIP or loyalty program to only get better. It's frustrating to see it going in just the wrong direction. Hopefully they will listen to feedback and make improvements because this could really cost customers.

    Yep. The last changes they made a few months ago just made me so mad. That stupid bonus wheel. The bonus wheel will say deposit $50 to be able to spin the bonus wheel. I deposit $50. I go and no spin available and now I have to deposit $75. WTF pardon my french. They lost me after that.
