Does anyone know what the wagering terms for Brango weekly/weekend tournaments? I had to wager my last win 40xs and it just didn't seem right when their other tournaments state a 10xs wagering requirement. I also feel I keep getting the run around when trying to get the prize award.

For example the exclusive LCB tournaments for Brango have a 10x wagering requirement, while the regular weekly ones have wagering terms up to 45x depending on the type of reward.
These terms are defined solely by the casino and we don't receive any information from them about the terms they set.

When did you try to claim this promo? Tesla tournament started 3rd July. As per the chat transcript you attached, the operator talked about another promotion that expired 2nd July.
