Slots Jungle - closed for dicussion

I have a big win at Slots Jungle Casino & they stopped paying me!
To process my win they asked me to send my passport, 2 utility bills and a fax form. They approved my documents and started making payments to me. Shortly there after they delayed my payment, I sent them an email inquiring about the delay, and they responded...

Please accept my profuse apologies for the delay.
Weeks later I emailed them a 2nd time inquiring about my payment, once again they sent the same email as stated above. That was the last I heard from them & they stopped paying me!

we have seen this email before,  how much did you win total,  how much have you received versus how much you requested, and have you contacted the rep daniel?

I won 12946.00. they paid 3000. Can you tell me how I can contact the Rep?

I found a link in the latestcasinobonuses website to contact the rep daniel, he has not responded.
Does anybody have suggestions for me?

Nice win!  I also won a large amount from them ... be prepared to wait a very long time ... they drag out the payments hoping you will play it back.  Stand tough!  Keep on them, they will pay you.

They have blocked my email address. All my emails come back to me undelivedable!

They blocked your email address???  Seriously???  Go to live chat and keep on hounding them ... Ask for a manager .. I use to deal with Julia or Anna.  Keep on them every single day, eventually they will get tired and pay up!  This is not acceptable imo, they are seriously on their way to Rogue Status!

Literaly every casino does this lol.The only reason we hear of so called good casinos is because online casinos deliberately make the odd payout so that person can go to casino forums and tell their good story.Anyone in forums saying they got paid is either the rare exception, or a casino affiliate creating an account to falsely back up this corrupt trade. To every user on this site, read my thread titled, " when are we going to stand up to every casino and be enlightened about the world wide online casino trade, and pass on my thread to anyone you know that either regularly or occasionaly use online casinos.

Sent emails to the casino & they do not respond. I also sent email to Daniel at the link "blueday" listed, those email have not received a response either!

how come daniel is not clearing this issue up.......the casino REP should let us know exactly what happened...we dont need personal details...JUST THE FACTS....president obama would make a fantastic casino rep...go figure

grand parker did similar to me but without any explanation.  They closed my acct, livechat is not authorize to access the info I request (why my acct was closed), emailed them and got returned email.  They said I had charge back on my prepaid visa card before, when in fact I never had a single one.  I did not win huge like you, but only a small amount from a free chip.  You should continue to fight for it, that's a huge amount of winning.

these casinos status should be updated to have the big warning sign next to it here at LCB.

i agree about the warning signs its been alot of complaints but then again most are resolved after daniel looks into them-hard call.agree hands down about grande parker group.

Yes of course you shouldnt feel comfortable.  Too many red flags with this group.  I have never had confidence with this group. If you ask a group of experienced online gamblers if they would deposit here, the answer would be no.  Yes indeed they do have regulars, its gambling and people can get hooked easy to specific casinos, so they will always have people that deposit.

I haven't ignored this case and replied 8eights8 directly and felt that its more appropriate.

But since he chosen to address it here:

8eighty8 is a fraud player. There are 2 guys that are trying to use the forum to generate pressure in order to get paid and most important, to gain knowledge on how they were caught.

There is not a single doubt regarding 8eighty8. He did that to numerous casinos and now he got caught.

I assume that 8eighty will deny and request the details, unfortunately it's not something that will be shared with him, otherwise we will find ourselves paying him again 5 digit figures. Due to that, this will be my last reply regarding 8eighty case.

The info regarding him is not exclusive to us and was brought to our attention by 7 different affiliate programs.

I fully agree that we are not the fastest in terms of payments. I do hope and, as you know, put great stress on improving that process .But, in 4 years that we are online, we don't have a single legitimate player that wasn't paid.

All he said is hes a fraud player.  Not sure exactly, been there have been plenty of people at all kinds of casinos that have been considered fraudlent.  The easiest to understand is credit card fraud.  But then there is the fraud when they are a part of a group.  Believe me I have no clue how some group has an advantage of winning online, but I guess they figure out some way.  And like I said seeing 8eighty has never come back here it must be true.

So... He made a deposit and sent documents which were APPROVED and now Daniel is giving vague reasons as to non payment. 

Honestly, I can't stand when one casino says 'other casinos said.....'. 

Me too.  Why would anyone deposit if all we see is proof of non payment on approved documents  and then the depositor is ignored via email and then his account is blocked. 

I didn't understand one word written by Daniel.  All I heard was an excuse with no explanation. 

I'm glad the depositor made this thread...if nothing else but to enlighten other players.

Gabby, Dabig, let me first say that I am no way shape or form a supporter of Slots Jungle or any casino connected.  I have never deposited and will never deposit.  I just want to say that so you dont think im like some fan of theirs. 

Now let me comment on this situation again.  I will say I do not like when a casino alleges fraud to not pay someone, but fraud does take place.  8eighty8 started this thread to complain about not getting paid, yes daniel finally responded that it was fraud with no details.  I dont believe that he needs to start giving everyone details as to what happened.  Now if 8eighty8 has been responding to the alleged fraud and providing proof to us that it wasnt the case, it would then may be best for Daniel to list the details, but 8eighty8 has not come in here and said one thing since Daniel said he was a fraud. So seeing 8eighty8 has now not come bank it seems pretty obvious that its probably true.  Also Daniel really doesnt owe you any explanations via PM as to what happened, what are you the police? 

I do understand that it may be something you want answers to, becasue you want to feel comfortable depositing.  As I said I am not a supporter of theirs.  If you feel comfortable depositing somewhere where they have shitty withdrawal limits, and they string you along then Slots Jungle is the place for you.  I think the best way to describe Slots Jungle is Pyramid Scam,  they probably have plenty of suckers depositing plenty of money and only end up paying a very small amount out with the limits they set.  They have shoen that they could careless because after years of people bitching they never chose to change it. Instead of making themselves a premium place to play, they decide to go the way of reeling in people that were born yesterday to play there. (yold u i wasnt a supporter)

Slots Jungle did approve $500.00 of my !000;00+ winnings within 5 business days but they had always paid me 100% of my winnings not just $500.00 in the past(past 3 years).  Why now only $500.00

the only problem i have with this argument is that daniels answer was full of shit and made NO sense...think about it??
