Our tester, R0UNDER, didn't have any big issues playing at MrMega Casino, even though there were some small issues with the automatically added match bonus. As soon as that was sorted out, everything went by the book.

- The tester tried to communicate with the live chat support to have the automatic bonus canceled, but the support department was closed; the bonus was removed from his balance later on, with the help of live chat agent
- Withdrawal request sent on April 14, 2021, at 08:09 PM – the tester wanted to cashout EUR 50, also via MuchBetter
- Cashout received on April 15, 2021, at 02:20 PM- approximately 18 hours after the request was sent; he received EUR 50 (no fees were imposed)
