In this video report, we’ll introduce you to details of our tester’s first-hand experience with Grand Mondial Casino. Licensed by Kahnawake, this non-US-friendly gambling platform is home to a highly-diversified selection of slots, table games, and live games.
Being already a member of Grand Mondial Casino, our tester didn’t have to register and verify his identity, so he immediately headed straight to the cashier to replenish his account. He used Rapid Transfer to deposit EUR 200, after which he played some games. He made a request to withdraw EUR 50 via Skrill on November 29, 2022, but received his money on December 5, 2022.
Did any troubles interfere with processing and caused the delay or this timeframe is in line with the operator’s Terms? To get the answers, stay with us and take a look at our detailed Grand Mondial Casino video report!
Deposit
As there was no need to register or go through KYC, our tester went on to fund his account. He made a deposit of EUR 200 via Rapid Transfer, an open banking option powered by Skrill. By relying on bank account credentials, this method allows users to transfer their money directly from their bank account without additional registration.
The tester entered EUR 200, after which he was redirected to another page to select the bank and confirm the transaction. Once this was done, the money appeared on his balance, with no fees charged. An e-mail from Skrill arrived as well, confirming that the transaction was successful.
The minimum deposit amount is EUR/USD 10. Players can fund their casino accounts by using a wide variety of cards, e-wallets, and bank transfers.
Gameplay
Having deposited, the tester went on to visit the operator’s colorful portfolio. His first choice was Game of Thrones 243 ways, where he won EUR 21,36 and EUR 48,36. After this, he checked out Terminator 2, an action-packed slot with footage from the legendary movie.
His next choice was Immortal Creatures and Mayan Eagle Nobleways, followed by Thunderstruck II, The Finer Reels of Life, and Mega Moolah. He also tested his skills on Sta$h of the Titans, triggering a win of EUR 48,32 (4,832 in coins), and then ventured into Immortal Romance.
A day later, on November 29, 2022, he played Break Da Bank Again, Deck the Halls, and Burning Desire during which he won EUR 55,90. He also explored High Society, So Much Candy, Happy Holiday, Pure Platinum, Beach Babes, Build the Bank, and Avalon.
Withdrawal
As Rapid Transfer, the option he used to deposit, wasn’t among the available withdrawal methods, the tester needed to select the alternative option to cash out.
On November 29, 2022, the tester made a request to cash out EUR 50 via Skrill. He entered the desired sum and received a notification and an e-mail on a mandatory pending period of 48 hours.
On December 4, 2022, the tester received an e-mail from the casino, which informed him that his request is scheduled for release. As noted, certain methods may incur additional waiting. The money arrived a day later, on December 5, 2022.
The minimum withdrawal limit is EUR/USD 50, while the max weekly cashout amount is EUR/USD 4,000. This limit applies only to players who win a sum substantially greater than a total purchase. When cashing out via Direct Bank Transfer, players need to pay a fee depending on the amount of withdrawals. Other methods have no commissions.
There’s a pending period of 48 hours, plus a processing time that varies from one method to another. Cards require 3 working days, while e-wallets are processed between one and three business days. CAD EFT/ ECheck (Canada only) requires between 2 and 3 working days, whereas Direct Bank Transfer (DBT) is processed between 6 to 10 business days.
Conclusion
Other than slightly longer than the average waiting time for a withdrawal to be completed, our tester experienced no issues. The overall processing time is in line with the operator’s rules, which are transparently presented on the casino’s FAQ page. Rapid Transfer is quite a convenient method for making a deposit, but the only drawback is that it couldn’t be used to cash out.
We hope this genuine video report gave you plenty of insights into Grand Mondial Casino’s practices and efficiency in processing deposits and withdrawals. Stay tuned for more reports and gamble responsibly!
