Hello LCB,
I am so glad LCB is taking on this very much needed project. I have been feeling like I don't really have any power when it comes to some of the shadiness of some of these dishonest casinos. I'm not saying they are all like that but I've had my run in on many sites and as I said I've felt "powerless". If they simply don't want to do something they can just not do it, and your hands are tied. For instance the time i kept on waiting for a payout from Dreams Casino. It was appalling how badly I was treated and after 3 months of jumping through so many hoops even to the extent of my roommate getting his identity validated ext. They just weren't going to give me my winning's and they didn't. And I felt like I had no power. So I just played my winnings out to a zero balance and chose never to play there again. I unfortunately have more stories than that and it is such a shame. I really think it's time for Casino's to be held accountable for their actions and it's time we made sure they do. We all just want wants fair.
I would love to be a part of your testers team. I gladly volunteer. I play all day any way and so I could also be doing a valuable service at the same time. I hope you will consider me as I have always been in good standing as an active and involved member of LCB and I love you guys.

Hallo, erst einmal. Ich finde, dass es mal Zeit wurde, ein Projekt wie dieses auf die Beine zu stellen.
Denn oft habe ich mich schon in den verschiedensten Onlineforen rumgedrückt, um eine seriöse Einschätzung zu erhalten.
Leider waren diese Einschätzungen sehr voreingenommen und auch nicht sehr transparent.
Im Gegenteil, immer wurde Alles nur madig gemacht, so dass man schon ein schlechtes Gefühl hatte, obwohl es noch keinen Grund hatte.
Wichtig ist für mich, dass es sachlich, informativ und auf Fakten basierent erarbeitet werden sollte, ohne Emutionen oder blöden Kommentare.
Auch ich bin sehr gerne bereit, an diesem coolen Projekt teilzunehmen !!

I'm interested as well I definitely have casino experience and Asus z490 64gb ram i9 10900k processor I've invested in this and I have had some not so great experiences and some really great experiences with the casino but the not so great just at a loss because going thru all the emotions over a few dollars just hasn't been worth it to me using someone else's funds and not get paid or a bonus offered on a deposit would be much easier to address and write about because it wouldnt be near as personal and frustrating on the whole time consuming process as I have been playing at a couple places because they have never once not paid me or not have me a bonus promised on a deposit.
This is needed so much this is becoming the way to play no a days so we need to help confirm honest noble casinos and get the dis honest or fake casinos out to the players thanks for doing this LCB

But like I said, this will not stop us. So no worries, we have already conducted a few tests, and are in the final stages of production. So moving forward full speed!

It is really a shame how some people are just ruthless and ready to throw away some awesome like being part of a community (LCB) for life where they can enjoy freebies, entertainment and opportunities.
Throwing away membership for 200 bucks is beyond me & is really not worth it. I am sure I can say with signup freebies, shop items and decent bonuses through LCB has resulted in me profited hundreds if not thousands of bucks over the past year.
Even the support of this community, mods and admins!

ZugaWow, that's quite surprising to me...
Surely the need for 200 can't be that severe that a gambler (he/she obv. is one or they wouldnt have been around and claimed chips and got help with complaints etc.) would rather run away with that than to actually have a great side job, with pretty much only plus-points! I am baffled...
And i've been in bad financial spots myself, really bad - but these are exactly the sort of opportunities you don't want to screw up, as they coul;d get you out of a hole, and into a brighter future...
Saddening news Zuga, although your (and LCB's) stance on this is admirable!

I have been an active igamer for over 10 years now, and have memberships at so many casino sites that it would be embarrassing to disclose the number.
I have successfully made numerous withdrawls from different sites, so I am well aware of "Account Verification", specific ID input and all clarification required per item submitted (ie: not older than 3 months for Utility Bills).
I have learnt along the way on resolving issues as they arise:- from not able to open a game - clear browser history. Not able to login:- clear cookies. Claiming a bonus/forfeit a bonus. Redeeming comp points, and wagering requirements involved with different bonuses; as well as Tournaments, the leaderboard and prizes on offer.
I think I have covered the main topics a real true 'newbie' would find confusing and the shortcuts that could possibly help overcome the issue. The last thing is to always have 'Screenshot' handy in case any type of proof is required for Claiming or Complaining!!

This is a brilliant idea It puts tremendous pressure on casinos that are operating on the fringe and it will become pretty apparent over time which casinos are the absolute best, and which ones are a nightmare.
I would really enjoy being a part of this possess the neccesary computer / writing skills to be able to deliver quality of reports I think LCB would be looking for. -
