    This is because we only had USD before and now we recently got UR, but Skrill merchant account takes forevr to get approved. We do have neteller in Eur as well, so if you maybe have neteller it won't have any conversion fees when transfering funds!

    but i have the account casino in EUR and the EUR is strongest than the $. i deposited 25 euro and in skrill account i see - 26.40. But would be the opposed?

    This is probably due to Skrill's Currency Conversion fees. 

    Here's what it states on their website: 

    For transactions involving currency conversion Skrill adds a fee of 3.99% to our wholesale exchange rates. The exchange rates vary and will be applied immediately without notice to you.

    On the other hand, it's possible the casino charged you a fee for that too.

    In addition to that, Neteller and skrill takes fees while depositing or withdrawing other currency different than the original account.

    I lost much money because of this problem because my Neteller and skrill accounts are in Euro and some casinos uses USD like slotland, winaday, jackpot capital.. I lost some money also while receiving cash item from LCB. for example : I received 21.4 euros from LCB (25 dolars).
