    I have a huge question here? Why is Bitstarz casino (bitcoin casino) not allowing USA players to review or "sign up" here on LBC stating they do not take USA players yet they accept USA players and they also allow them to cash in/out? This is rather bothersome? LBC can you help? Thanks!

    In their t&c, USA is among restricted countries.

    If you are a player from Spain, the UK, US or any of its states, you won't be allowed to play real money wagering games including bitcoins

    They told us that they don't accept the US players for real money play, although they do allow the US players to play with bitcoins.

    That is weird...you can play with real money (bitcoin) but you can't cashout? I joined bitstarz via here but haven't played as I have not open a bitcoin account yet. Thank goodness...I tend not to read T&C's thoroughly!

    What I know, players from the USA can make a deposit and withdrawal with bitcoins.

    They just have in their t&c that the US is restricted. So we have on our review page what they have in their t&c - that the US players are restricted.

    Don't bother listening to this guy calling them a scam. I'm a player from the USA and have had many deposits and withdrawals through them all using BTC without ever having an issue. Once deposited .04 BTC and withdrew 1.75 BTC in less than an hour. Proof is somewhere in the winner screenshots section a couple months ago. Bottom line is they are top notch and the fact you are from the USA only means some games aren't allowed. That means nothing because they won't allow you to bet those games so you don't have to worry. If the game loads then it is one you are allowed to play and if you win and attempt to withdraw then rest assured you will get your winnings

    No need to debate and make any argument if it belong for any Casino TC, because that was their previlage..
