Any miners out here?

Was just wondering if we have any other gamblers out here that mine their BTC (I personally mine using other cryptos and convert at exchanges) ? If so what do you mine, and what's your set up?

My setup is just a simple rig- 

4 R9 280x that are hooked to mine with Nicehash. 

Not making a ton, but hey, can't complain being that I'm not mining 24/7.

Hey,  I was just going to start a new topic about this but I see there already is one.   I'm  curious about the mining aspect as the Bitcoin value has gone so high.  I noticed the fees have gone up so I would think it's more profitable now,  am I right?   I'm not a miner but I am curious.

Very good topic that really needs to be a top bitcoin forum.  I've been noticing a lot of individuals heading in that direction, due to dissapoint slightly in the bitcoin and cryptocurrency market., including myself. I had not began, and got lucky by 7 hours delay starting to deposit and focus on bitcoin mining, even after all the warnings in reviews. 

My daughter and son-in-law just started with AuroraMine only 2 weeks ago and was satisfied.  They were depositing small amounts like $6-$20 and withdrawing anywhere between $60-$100+ in 3 days. My son-in-law deposited $100 and withdrew $1,000. Unfortunately, he took out a $1,000 loan and deposited it on Thursday. Well today, AuroraMine closed the platform, and of course there is no getting his $1,000+ and whatever my daughter had left back.

So, I think I will have to do a lot of researching to figure out which way I am going with the currency market.

Aurora Mine was a scam from the beginning, no legit cloud mining operation can offer 10% daily profit. The rule is quite simple: if it looks too good to be true it most likely is. 

And there are many other sites similar to that, they operate for around two weeks and then shut down. 

There are some great pages and even WORKING cloud minning sites for more than 5 years on my blog along with many more bitcoin related pages which are serious and free to use so if u care check it out!
