I have had issues with this offer and purple lounge refused to honor the free spins saying it had expired when clearly on their own terms an conditions page for this offer it states that it is valid until 31/12/2010. Heres the chat until they refused to answer so I ended chat.

I am so annoyed with them. Usually terms and conditions for such free spins and no deposit bonuses are very strict and you have to read the T&R very carefully. I have I'm a registered member of latestcasinobonuses and I went through the link. I thought it may not be for existing players but it clearly states it is. So they should have honored the promotion. By the way the link provided does not say to quote latestcasinobonuses but ‘Casino No Deposit Bonus’ so i did. I dont know if latestcasinobonuses is the correct offer but still the link and rules should still apply to the one i quoted.
I hope that this can be sorted. I would like my free spins as promised regardless of the other free spins I was given by the casino recently by email.

I'm having difficulties claiming this promotion. I'm fairly new at this, so if I've went about this the wrong way, please let me know.
I started out by clearing out my cookies, used the link provided on the first post in this thread, downloaded and signed up. I also registered my credit card for good measure.
Then I sent an e-mail to [email protected] with LATESTCASINOBONUS as topic, and I got an instant reply telling me that it had failed to send. Although, it just looked like the topic triggered a spam filter and sent it right back to me with a bogus error message.
Trying to contact live support was fruitless, as the live support seems to be down, so I sent them a mail from the client, and this was the response they gave me:

So I know it states on the promotion that you have to come through from bettingexpert website, but then why is it listed on here as an exclusive offer with the bonus code latestcasinobonuses? I wrote back saying i'm a member here and that the code is from here so why cant i get it.
I really think they are just refusing to give it to me because I have only made one deposit there and had many problems with that, when i had deposited the money and it didnt appear in my account for almost two days I think it was. So I dont know if this casino can be trusted at all and I'm concerned because they are an independent casino as in they have no partners and you rarely hear anything about them.
So can people let me know if you have received this bonus did you download and register through latesetcasinobonuses or bettingexpert or somewhere else? I had a really bad experience with this casino when I decided to sign up and make a small 20 deposit. Once I deposited nothing happened no money was in my account. I could not get through to live chat of course as they only work during the day which is during the night here and they did not answer several of my emails. I thought they were a bad casino who had stolen my money. I didnt research it at all and it doesnt have the best of reputations. It took them almost two days to put it into my account saying they had support issues and they wanted me to send documents to verify my id. I mean they took out the money from my bank account then they wanted to verify my id. really well i had never heard of that before. I understand if they do that for no deposit bonuses or when you want to withdraw but not after you've deposited and they keep your money in some pending state. WTF right? So no I will probably never deposit there again but that doesnt mean that I shouldnt be able to get free spins and bonuses right if everyone else gets them. I found a different code LOTRXMAS for free spins on LOTR but I am sure they will say it has expired or too many people already claimed it or something. Ridiculous they either give free spins out or not they cant just pick and choose which players they give them to if its listed as being for all players right?
