Just a quick message to thank casino33 and andyG at customer support as they dealt with my withdrawal in super quick time. Within a few days of making my request, my withdrawal was approved and i went to the local post office to pick the money up. Hey Booo, I am almost at the point, when I see someone post, like yours, to say "don't bother," or don't waste your time. Jack hasn't made good on any of his posted promises to me. Since December 5, 2009, I have pm'd him, per his request about the cash back for November, I have also posted in this thread and the casino support thread.

I immediately replied to his with a faxback form to the casino. After I received no reply, I sent Jack the faxback to his email address, PM'ed him, finally posted in this thread again and waited.
Jack posted right under my last post, which was directed to him. He completely ignored me, really hurt my feelings.

Jack isn't doing forum stuff anymore these days. He quit doing forum stuff after he got roasted in another forum that I'm apart of. Now supposedly the casino manager of the 3 has joined the forum instead. Not sure if he's lurking around here or not.
No, i quit doing any forum that is not affilaite related. Feel free to roast all you like, is the power of forums. I have a very thick skin, is part of the business. I am still active on many casino affiliate related forums, and other internet marketing related forums. Is very time consuming to do both, and I will miss posting here as often.
EDIT: Note also, the "roasting" was by forum(s) participants who quote things out of context and just want to hear themselves. Basically, people with their own agenda that do not want a 2 way conversation. They claim they want casino reps to be more open, but them same them at the same time, basically many of them have no lives, and just start things up. really, sadly, no value for either party is evident. I thought when we first started, being active on those forums would help my affilaites and our business. Though we have had some bumps, has anyone not gotten paid? I think we do a much better job then others in responding to issues. Any rate, you all have made me feel welcome here since day one, so thanks. Ok, off soapbox.
I was away a few days and am back now. However, Jonathan will be taking over this forum also. I do see a couple requests that have fallen through the cracks.
Especially my friend Jade. I have no excuses here, but this week we will finish catching up. I did send a request, and will see why her request got dropped. -

Hiya Jack. In the main forum thread you told me that I would get cashback and if I didn't to let you know. I contacted support and now I'm being told I have to make another 2 deposits to get it. I'm a little confused as to why you didn't tell me that to begin with. I went through ALOT of hassle to get the faxback form printed to send in so I would qualify for my cashback. well this is really interesting to me seeing as they still have not given me the money they owe me! for one week today i have been told it was sent but no mtcn number and if i was uncomfortable before now I really don't feel good about any of this! first they lose rtg and go back to horrible software and now they lose good people, something isn't right here.i won on june 30 and they split my money into three payments, two of them i have gotten but they still owe me 700 and i am sick over this!

Well, I do know in the past they always took good care of me and i'm sure that it's probably about all the changes going on but I worry, my life just always seems to be what ever can go wrong normally does. And I probably won't even be that upset if i didn't really need it so bad right now!
