Forward-thinking online gaming solutions supplier, Yggdrasil, has been awarded a B2B software license by the Isle of Man Supervision Commission. This certificate will help the studio secure its long-term presence across an extensive number of existing markets.
The year behind us has been very busy for the team, as they launched a multitude of new games and gradually expanded its YGS Masters program. Between 4th and 6th February the studio will be exhibiting at stand N3-140 at ICE London 2020, where the potential partners will be able to get first-hand insight into their products and services.
Emphasizing Compliance
Ever since being established in 2013 the company has implemented policies and procedures to ensure all players are protected and treated fairly, with their rights always safeguarded. In addition to this, the studio has also taken measures to guarantee the integrity of games and gaming devices, all according to its licensing jurisdictions technical requirements.
Fredrik Elmqvist, CEO, Yggdrasil, commented on the achievement as follows:

The new IoM approval brings the total number of software licenses obtained by the proactive content creator to eight across four major gaming jurisdictions including the UK, Malta, Gibraltar, and Romania.
Elmqvist added:

Yggdrasil’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) is audited annually by independent auditors aiming to ensure data is safely kept and classified in line with its policies and procedures.
Highlights from the Previous Year
The multi-licensed software provider has had more than fulfilled 2019. Mid-December was marked with the introduction of the studio’s new game mechanics, Spitz. The innovative solution can reveal up to 12 symbols per stack.
October brought a fancy premiere…
…of developer’s first-ever Roulette game- Golden Chip Roulette. The classy-looking game combines actionable features and traditional atmosphere of one of the most beloved casino games, which is additionally spiced up with smooth jazz music.
July brought BOOST Gamification Tool, an in-game promotional tool that aims to enhance user’s experience and increase retention rate. Studio’s semi-open, invitation-only platform YGS Masters gave birth to its first child - Niagara Falls. The fruit-themed game was done in collaboration with Northern Lights, the first brand to commit to the Program.
