Back Winner Million Casino Warning Report: Retraction Statement by LCB

In October 2017, LCB published a rogue report on what we believed were pirated slots, fake license and predatory T&Cs of WinnerMillion Casino. At the time, the investigation done by our team was, as always, very thorough, objective and based on hard facts - followed by a conclusive article in which the evidence was presented to the community in a no-nonsense way we have nurtured in all matters of a sensitive nature.

Ever since the report went live, we have been actively engaging in a correspondence with the representatives of WinnerMillion and their affiliate program, Earning Million. After the fact, the group followed with a rebuttal, however, they were unable to offer solid proof of their games being authentic. Eventually, they did remove the suspicious titles and we wasted no time informing players about this event in another report.

There ensued one of the longest studies into the origin of casino software LCB has ever done. After a year worth of intense dialogs, information exchange, and painstaking data research, the evidence compiled has proved inconclusive.

Therefore...

...LCB has decided it best to publish a retraction statement about our earlier claim that the WinnerMillion platform consists of counterfeit video slots.

Why Doubt the Authenticity of Software?

What made this case so difficult to solve, is the fact that the brand did, in fact, appear to have a valid distribution agreement with NetEnt. However, what made us doubt the authenticity of the games was the server used to host them.

NetEnt games' static server they are using is genuine, but the operator also uses a Colombian domain to host some of the game scripts on, and that one is fake. It is for this reason that we suspected they were somehow planting pirated versions in place of the real ones, under the guise of the offical NetEnt server.

Our suspicions were based on facts, but due to the lack of definite evidence, we can't corroborate this theory at the moment.

New Developments

Recently, we got the confirmation that their Curacao license is genuine as well.

In January this year, we were contacted by one Alessandra Rosati, account manager for the iGamingPlatform (iGP Technologies Ltd), who claims that this company provides WinnerMillion with genuine NetEnt software solutions:

''As a provider, we use a centralized server to bypass Netent traffic and aggregate all the data because we provide NetEnt games to multiple customers. This allows us to provide to do deeper analysis and reporting for our internal needs and our partners' marketing campaigns."

Additionally, she provided the agreement, complete with a signature, that iGP has made with NetEntertainment for the provision of the games, as evidence of the existing relationship between the two companies.

Due to the non-disclosure nature of this deal, we have not been provided the full contract, and are also unable to present it in this report.

In light of these events, LCB finds the evidence suitable to warranty a retraction statement, the removal of all warnings on WinnerMillion's pirated games, as well as updates and alterations of original reports, including links to any and all retractions articles.
