VegasRush and Hallmark Casinos OFF LCB Probation and Back Into the Realm of Fairness

Our long-standing members know just how much we at LCB are devoted to helping fix injustices committed against players – and that this long and winding road can and will inevitably lead towards the total redemption of maligned casinos that were the culprits of issues in the first place.

Today, we celebrate - for one such collective effort reaped the ultimate reward: the complete turning of tides in case of VegasRush and Hallmark Casino, who have passed their probation period without a hitch and are now, rightfully and deservedly so, back among the trustworthy elite!

Sisters Sites Absolved of Their Past Mistakes

Both of these online entertainment places of purveyance were placed on probation on May 3, 2018...

...with a wide range of problematic behavior leading to the unfortunate scenario of them being blacklisted.

In the case of Hallmark Casino, the first red flags were raised due to its lack of iGaming license. Sure enough, everyone's gravest concerns turned reality when numerous player complaints started to flood in. Most of these complaints were resolved by April 16, 2019.

Being its sister site, VegasRush soon met its very similar destiny and was on a trial period for over a year, as well. Both casinos were removed from probation on July 2, 2019!

What Were Some of the Complaints?

One of our forum members reported that they deposited Bitcoin funds, won money and then tried to withdraw...

...only to face extreme difficulties when trying to claim what was rightfully his, allegedly due to issues with the payment provider. However, our intervention made sure that the player's Bitcoin winnings were sent to his e-wallet.

Is Their Casino License Now A-Ok?

It is – in fact, it's very transparent for everyone to see. Both Hallmark and VegasRush are licensed under Curacao jurisdictions and their respective iGaming permits can be found here and here.
