Now, buckle up, and prepare to find out all the first-hand details of the investigation!

Registration

On October 28, 2021, the tester visited this betting venue aiming to register. To become a member, he needed to complete a simple form and enter a couple of basic information.

After typing in the necessary info, the tester had to verify the e-mail. He clicked on the link which arrived in the mail from the casino and voilà- the tester’s profile was verified. The entire process was finalized efficiently.

Depositing

Immediately after joining this betting venue, the tester went on to replenish the account on the same day, October 28, 2021. As this operator accepts cryptocurrencies, he wanted to check how fast the transactions will be when using Bitcoin.

He copied the BTC address and send the funds via Coinbase. The tester also conducted the 2-step verification, which is often a mandatory step when opting for this banking method. As far as the notification stated, the transaction is usually processed within 30 minutes.

While waiting for the fund to be transferred, he paid a quick visit to see what sort of games are available. A couple of minutes later, he checked the balance and saw the transaction was finalized. Paying attention to the screenshots, you may notice that the amounts differ slightly. That’s due to Bitcoin value fluctuations.

Gameplay

Following the successful registration and depositing, the tester proceeded to the next stage- gameplay. As you know, this is an RTG-powered establishment, meaning the lobby accommodates slot adventures and all-time popular table games.

His first choice was Achilles, followed by Cash Bandits 2 and Legend of Helios. Furthermore, the LCB tester ventured into Lucky Catch, where he had a couple of noteworthy wins and managed to activate some action-filled features. He then returned to Achilles, after which he tested his skills in Blackjack + Perfect Pairs and had a couple of spins in Princess Warrior.

The next day, on October 29, 2021, played Achilles, the same one he launched multiple times the day before, and then had a couple of rounds in Count Spectacular.

Worth adding is that some of the releases he tried to activate, like Enchanted Garden, for example, are no longer available on desktop due to Adobe Flash Player being discontinued. However, such titles can still be played on mobile phones. His last choice was Naughty or Nice.

KYC Procedure

The next thing in line was to verify the documents to be able to withdraw smoothly. On October 29, 2021, the tester submitted his ID, utility bill, and a selfie where he holds the ID.

To check how long does it take to have those approved, he got in touch with the live chat support department. According to Arthur, the agent who responded, the process may take between 3-5 business days, but often even less than that.

Just like the support agent hinted, an e-mail arrived to confirm the tester’s ID was verified. The tester’s documents were validated on October 31, 2021. He was now able to withdraw instantly.

Regarding the KYC process, the Privacy Policy section states as follows:

“When you make a withdrawal for the first time, we might ask you for certain document copies to verify your identity. We may subsequently ask for these copies at random to ensure the security of your account. These documents include:

  • The front and back of your driving license or any other official government-issued photographic identification.
  • Your utility bill (for example gas, electricity, water, or telephone) with your name and the address you have registered with us.
  • Statement of the card used or letter of issuing bank.
  • The front and back of any credit or debit cards that were used to make a deposit at the Casino.”

Withdrawal

On November 1, 2021, the tester approached the cashier, wanting to withdraw $50 using cryptocurrency. Just like for depositing, he selected Bitcoin. A notification in the cashier and an e-mail confirmation arrived immediately.

As the money was not removed from his casino balance instantly, he turned to the live chat corner to see if there were any issues. According to the agent Maverick’s advice, the tester was supposed to respond to a confirmation e-mail, which he did.

One more confirmation arrived, along with the notification from Coinbase, marking the end of the investigation.

It’s important to add that weekly withdrawal limits, as stated in the Terms are $/€ 4,000, which is slightly below the industry’s average. Also, no fees are applied to either of the methods, regardless of the type of transaction

Regarding the instant withdrawals:

“6.2.d. Only 1 instant withdrawal is permitted per Player per day and is only available if you have deposited via any CryptoCurrency, Neteller, Skrill, or EcoPayz.”

Final Thoughts

As seen from the tester’s report, there were no obstacles in either of the stages of the testing procedure. Based on this investigation, we can say that Casino Brango performs well in key fields, and provides a smooth online casino experience.
