UK Online Gaming Market Bids Farewell to EveryMatrix, B2B License Remains Active

Back

The UK Gambling Commission has ceased EveryMatrix’s B2C license. The suspension was followed by the company’s decision to let go of its B2C operating certificates for Remote Betting and Casino.

However, its UK B2B software provision license for Remote Gambling Software will remain in effect. This means that the firm will keep on offering gambling software to UK-approved operators.

Despite the hiatus, the supplier will keep on focusing on remaining a trusted and proven software supplier expanding its presence in regulated jurisdictions across the globe, while maximizing business growth.

Players Affected by the Suspension

Operating white label businesses since 2014…

… EveryMatrix had a long and successful period of non-problematic B2C business in the UK. Despite its best efforts and great ability to operate in a safe, responsible, and compliant manner, the UK white label activities of the provider are now irreparably damaged.

Stating that the company fully respects UKGC’s decision, Ebbe Groes, CEO of EveryMatrix declared as follows:

“We regret the impact this suspension has had on our loyal players, on our brands, and on our long-standing white label partners in the UK, but this business has by now become unsalvageable. We will use this highly unfortunate event as positive as we can and we are keen on maintaining EveryMatrix’s leading role as a provider in the B2B space, in the UK and globally. This is where our company has enjoyed tremendous growth in the past several years and we will now focus even harder on this.”

Enhancing Compliance

Despite their efforts and measures to build an even stronger foundation for compliance, their B2C sports betting and casino license was revoked by UKGC.

Part of the strategy was a partnership with beBettor, a compliance start-up project. The main purpose of this collaboration was to boost the developer’s operational compliance in the UK.

Fully Adjustable Solutions

Distributing a modular and API-driven product suite…

EveryMatrix has built its reputation as a market-leading one-stop-shop casino content aggregator and integration platform. The range of their services encompasses a cross-product bonusing engine, a stand-alone payment processing product, and a multi-brand affiliate/agent management system.

The company also hosts a fully managed sportsbook and sport data services, some of which were premiered at ICE this year.

The developer’s products can be implemented in two ways…

…together or separate. The first option works as an integrated platform, while the second is independent and can be easily incorporated into already active platforms. This way it can accommodate various types of clients from bookmakers to lotteries both from existing large operations to newcomers.
