KYC and Customer Support

Upon checking his profile two days later, on April 10, 2022, the tester noticed that one of his documents, proof of address, was rejected. As it stated, the reason for this was that the document was “not official”.

To solve the issue, he turned to live chat support. The agent explained that one of the documents was not official, adding that the tester was later fully verified. In addition to this, the tester inquired whether he should submit any other docs at the moment, to which the agent responded it wasn’t necessary.

According to the Terms, the casino verifies a customer’s identity once he/she has deposited/ requested to withdraw a total of €2 000. However, such verification can be conducted even before a player has reached this amount. Occasional phone verification to confirm one’s personal details, transactions and activity can be expected as well.

Also:

“3. If we are not satisfied with the documents you have supplied, or you don’t supply the information within 30 days, we can suspend or close your account and freeze any available funds pending further investigation.”

Withdrawal

On April 11, 2022, the tester accessed the cashier wanting to withdraw EUR 50 via Skrill, the same method he opted for to fund the account.

A day later, on April 12, 2022, he received a message via e-mail, which stated that his request was successfully processed. There was one more mail from the Skrill, which confirmed that the tester’s request was finalized instantly.

Upon checking the cashier, he noticed that his request was processed the very same day it was submitted, on April 11, 2022.

When it comes to wagering requirements on deposits:

“7. If a withdrawal is requested without wagering an amount that is equal to or more than the amount deposited, we reserve the right to charge a 5% (five percent) fee of the transactional value, but no less than 10 EUR (ten) and may result in the permanent closure of your account.”

Available banking options are similar to those for deposits. Min amount for the majority of methods is EUR 10 (or equivalent in other currencies) but for some options even slightly higher. The processing time ranges from instant to up to 5 business days.

Regarding the max cashout amount, the rules state that:

“16. Although the cashier says no fees are imposed, the Terms hint as follows:
