The Mill Adventure Expands its Deal with Paysafe

Leading payments platform Paysafe (NYSE: PSFE) and German-licensed iGaming platform The Mill Adventure have announced an extended payments partnership. This collaboration will grant The Mill Adventure's partner casinos and their players in Germany access to a broader range of alternative payment options.

Building upon the successful integration of Paysafe's digital wallets as an alternative payment method in 2020, The Mill Adventure has now added Paysafe's eCash solution to its array of payment choices. This move is aimed at appealing to players who prefer to budget and pay for their gaming experience using cash.

Paysafecard, available in 50 countries through a vast distribution network of 700,000 retail stores, enables players to utilize cash for their online gaming purchases. By setting up a myPaysafe account and uploading funds using paysafecard vouchers purchased with cash, players can securely complete their payment transactions without the need for bank account or credit card details.

Recent research by Paysafe, called Lost in Transaction, among over 14,000 consumers, revealed that the demand for digital cash or eCash has been steadily rising and is now more popular than ever. Over a third (31%) of consumers who used eCash within the last 12 months reported paying with it more frequently than a year ago, compared to just 13% in 2022.

 Additionally, 30% of those who used eCash in the previous 12 months indicated it was their preferred way to pay online. Furthermore, 68% of respondents who place online bets preferred not to reveal any financial details when making online payments, with 50% considering eCash the safest method for paying for online gambling, and 52% finding it the most convenient payment option.
