Relax Gaming Inks Big Time Gaming Distribution-Development Deal

Relax Gaming has signed a content deal that will see it delivering video slots from Big Time Gaming (BTG), according to an official press release. The Relax platform will thus become one of only three to feature BTG’s slots (Scientific Games’ and Microgaming's Quickfire’s being the remaining two).

The selection of games will include the hugely popular, Danger High Voltage and Extra Chilli, among other titles.

In addition, the upcoming “Danger II” (follow-up of Danger High Voltage) music license production, which is projected to become “one of the biggest titles of 2019,” will also be exclusively distributed by Relax.

“New Era of Online Casino Delivery”

CEO for Relax Gaming, Daniel Eskola, says his company was launched with the aim of “bringing in a new era of online casino delivery.”

“Partnering with dynamic providers like Big Time Gaming represents a big step in the right direction. We are proud to have been selected as one of only three platforms to distribute its games, and this agreement is a testament to the ease and transparency with which our commercial model is designed,” says Eskola.

Big Time Gaming CEO, Nik Robinson has said about the partnership: “Relax Gaming is setting itself apart in the market with a strong offering and considerable distribution. This is complemented by a refreshing commercial model. We’re excited to offer our games via this talented team and exceptional platform.”

Megaways™ Mechanic Distribution and Licensing Deal

Further out, Relax has also signed an additional agreement that will allow both the company and its Silver Bullet studio partners to distribute and develop slots using the MegaWays™ mechanic.

“We’re thrilled that the additional Megaways™ deal not only gives Relax Gaming a license to showcase Megaways™ but also our Silver Bullet partners,” added Eskola.

Relax is not the first developer to have acquired the MegaWays™ mechanic license; Red Tiger made the big leap a couple of days ago, Storm Gaming - in September, and Blueprint Gaming - in April.

The MegaWays™ mechanic itself made its first appearance in Dragon Born (2016).

Robinson says his company is looking forward to seeing how RG “puts its own unique spin on Megaways™.”
