PressEnter Group Unveils Management Buyout

PressEnter Group has just announced that it is part of a Management Buyout conducted by Chief Executive Officer Lahcene Merzoug and his executive management team.

After the completion of the transaction, Merzoug will take over the position of Executive Chairman.

The management team of the company believes that the group has enormous growth potential so they have already agreed on terms with the current financial investors to obtain the business.

PressEnter Group will proceed with operation from the current headquarters in Sliema, Malta. The company has an expert team and runs some of the top brands in the market such as 21.com, JustSpin, NeonVegas Casino, NitroCasino, UltraCasino, and RapidCasino.

The management team also believes that it is the next chapter for the business and they will continue to check existing processes in the company to maximize new opportunities, enhance the business and concentrate on the key strengths of the company.

What Was Stated on the New Transaction

Commenting on the latest step, Lahcene Merzoug, Chief Executive Officer at PressEnter Group, says that the management worked hard for the opportunity to take ownership of the business and we they have a sound strategy that they strongly believe in.

New Appointment from the Company

PressEnter continues to appoint leaders in the industry. One of the newest members of the company is Terese Thagaard who will be working as Chief Legal Officer. She will join the company from LeoVegas where she worked as the Group Head of Regulatory Strategy and Implementation. Going forward, Terese will continue to extend the brand’s talented team and contribute to the further growth of the company.
