Leading supplier for slot gaming in the casino industry from Sweden, Play’n GO, is among the first providers in 2020 to release a brand-new title, Legacy of Dead. Slot specialists are expanding the Egyptian-themed category after huge success of Rise of Dead, Doom of Egypt and recently launched Ankh of Anubis.
At the end of 2019, Play’n GO has announced a busy schedule for the upcoming year, claiming it’s going to be their most active and engaging productivity period in history. The first release in 2020 will be followed by an impressive list of 51 games or approximately 4 slots per month.
Back to Egypt!
The Legacy of Dead video slot is based on mythology of Ancient Egypt, one of the world’s most enigmatic and mysterious civilizations ever to exist. Placed on a 5-reel grid, this slot also features an Egyptian King, who is released from death and set on a quest for antique treasures.
It seems that the supplier isn’t letting go of this genre yet, as this game’s visuals follow the previous three installments to the slightest detail, including symbols of Tutankhamun, Anubis and other Egyptian tokens. Apart from the standard layout with three rows, there are ten adjustable paylines on board, as well as expanding wilds, complimentary rounds, double game, scatters and regular wilds. Legacy of Dead is classified as a high volatility game, carrying a potential maximum win of 500,000 coins.
The lowest bet starts at $0.01 per spin, but players can change between the coin values and play for $100 a twirl.
Johan Törnqvist, chief executive at Play’n GO commented the studio’s early release and future plans with the following words:
“2019 was a record-breaking year for us, and we plan to reach even higher for 2020. Legacy of Dead is the very first in a series of quality gaming releases that will further cement our status as one of the foremost suppliers in the industry, and we will bring slot entertainment to a whole new level this year.”
At the Forefront of Slot Production
Play’n GO ended the year in style as one of the most productive suppliers in the entire iGaming industry, standing shoulder to shoulder with NetEnt and Microgaming. Among the last titles in 2019 were Wild Frames, a classic game that brings back Vegas elegance and classic hallmarks of the Sin City.
Another brilliant release from December was also Divine Showdown, an action-packed game that combines only the powerful figures from several mythologies, such as Thor, Wukong, Athena and Anubis. The biggest highlight of this story is its interactive bonus feature where players can pick one of the deities to represent them in a battle of epic proportions.
Other remarkable slot releases include Chronos Joker, Black Mamba, Honey Rush with a hexagonal cascading grid, Cash Pump, Demon and Firefly Frenzy.
The next batch of titles by Play’n GO will be sequentially announced, including Coywolf Cash, Wild Blood 2, Wildhound Derby and Riches of Robin.

Play'N Go always offers top quality gaming and entertainment solutions to online casinos. I tried the new Legacy of Dead slot, it's like I play the Book of Dead game: Graphics, features, music and the game is always about the death and the curse of the Egyptian gods.

Play n go has always been one of my favorite software providers. I have raked up several big wins on both the book of dead as well as the rise of the dead and cannot wait to try out this slot. I just hope that they keep going at this rate thereby providing us ardent gamblers a wider variety to choose from.
