Virgin Casino Review

This week took me to Virgin Casino to go up against an old rival, Medusa. The slot game and I have a history and I was back to get a piece of her again!

If you haven’t played it before, Medusa is a 25-line video slot game with very eerie music. Although it lack some of the progressive jackpots we’re used to with other slots these day, there are still plenty of bells and whistles. The bonuses include “Turned to Stone Re-spins”, “Once Bitten Bonus” and the “Pegasus Bonus”.

I hit a re-spin right away. During re-spins there is one wild reel with all wins subject to a 3x multiplier. I did pretty well and won a decent prize.

From there on out my luck was awful. I love the graphics on this slot and it’s definitely what initially attracted me to it and kept me playing. Each spin was worse than the last and I was blowing way too much cash.

I decided to call it a day after losing what I had won during the bonus but then I changed my mind. I was determined to try to win something and win this fight with Medusa. I set my bet to £2.50 per spin and hit the free spin bonus, Once Bitten. I didn’t win a single thing with the regular spins but the Super Spins is what really paid off. I got a bunch of wilds for a £350 win.

I suppose this was my day to put Medusa back in her place!
