I know you’ve heard of Sex and the City but how about Gems and the City? Unfortunately, there’s no Mr. Big but I’m sure you’ll forget all about him soon enough. I played it at YouSpades and here’s how it went.
Gems and the City is a 30 line slot with a glitzy theme and a tune similar to the one on the hit show. I’m a collector of gems and a lover of slots so this is a perfect fit. I wagered £1.50 per spin and not much was happening. The free spins symbol triggers, you guessed it, free spins. They were not easy to get but I managed to land them. Three symbols only awards you five free spins which is pretty disappointing. Four symbols gives you ten spins and five gives you 15. I completed the bonus of 5 free spins with a win of £3.90.
I was spinning and jamming to the theme music when I saw another free spins symbol hit the reels followed by three more. To be honest, I wasn’t too excited after the last round. I hit some wins with the blonde glitter girl a few times and tacked on nearly £20 to my bankroll.
It really seemed like my bets needed to be higher in order to really hit anything big. That was a chance I wasn’t going to take.
Overall, it wasn’t a winning session for this glitter girl.
