Swedish software supplier of premium casino games, slots, blackjack, roulette and scratch cards with millions of fans around the world, Net Entertainment, is enhancing its footprint in the UK by opening a new office space at Kings Cross.
The company’s subsidiary, NetEnt UK Ltd will move to a new office in the Stanley Building and prioritize growth market while focusing on local presence in the region. This is a strategically important step for the supplier whose support to various UK operators will be aided by Andy Whitworth, managing director NetEnt UK & chief strategy officer as well as Rob Fell, director of platform products & services.
Therese Hillman, CEO at the company, said that NetEnt has made a natural step and set an example of commitment to the local market. Hillman pointed out that the UK represents the group’s biggest market, allowing it to grow shares by staying closer to UK customers. Apart from acquiring Red Tiger Gaming at the beginning of September 2019, the expansion to Great Britain portrays NetEnt’s key strategic initiatives of the year.
Andy Whitworth, managing director of NetEnt UK Ltd. comments:
“We are delighted to be open for business in the UK. We need a local presence to better support our valued customers and grow our market share. We have already recruited some key talent and now we begin a period of recruitment for the second wave.”
Growing Fast Worldwide
The leading supplier is spreading to new regulated online gambling markets at the speed of light, and at the same time it broadens its selection of video slots and table games. In the past period, the studio has launched several ground-breaking releases such as Imperial Riches, Butterfly Staxx 2, Mercy of the Gods and Cash-o-Matic.
Back in August, the company signed a new deal with DraftKings in New Jersey and went live with its entire gaming suite in Pennsylvania midst July. What’s more, the aggregator brought a selection of its award-winning games to Finland back in June and started a cooperation with state-owned gaming operator Veikkaus.
In addition, it recently launched Twin Happiness, its latest slot release and a classic fruit-themed game with Asian symbols and proven linked reels, a feature that only exists in Dazzle Me – a slot from 2015.
Being a relatively authentic and beautifully designed game, the company is hoping to reach both old and new slot fans, which isn’t something NetEnt hadn’t already done in the past on so many occasions.

NetEnt is expanding their business in UK market, and it probably means to supply their games to more casinos or content aggregators under UK license. I don't know exactly, but from September or October, more casinos started to provide NetEnt slots to South Koreans, too :) I guess that it is related to this news :) Maybe...
