Attention LCB'ers – especially those of you who are avid visitors of our Shop!
During the past few days, we were working on some adjustments and implementations that are going to improve the user experience and the overall feel of the Shop as we prepare to add even more items and make it as awesome as it can possibly get at this point. One of the consequences of this improvement is that our shop items are now geo-located.
What does that mean? Well, you've probably noticed during the past few days that some of the items that used to be there seemingly aren't anymore. They are – it's just that you cannot see them all due to your own location. In other words, if you live in the country that is restricted from the item, this restriction will prevent you from seeing it on your end. You will also not be able to see the item or a bonus restricted from a country even though you can see and play at the casino the item is from.
Also, Brazilian and Hungarian fans, take note – as per rule 11 of our Shop Terms and Conditions, cash items have been restricted to members from these two countries. This rule came into full effect in March 2014, so if you are from Brazil or Hungary and you are a member from before March 2014, let us know so we can sort your purchases out manually! You can contact our admin, Blueday, in regards to this.
You can also use the forum thread in the above link to report any mishaps and issues you may be experiencing with the geo-location of our shop items as well as reach out to Blueday if you'd like to complete a manual purchase no matter where you're from.
The Shop has been a major success with LCB'ers (and continues to be) as we have awarded a whopping [TOTAL_REWARDS] in items from [TOTAL_CLAIMED_SHOP_ITEMS] claims up to this point.

I have been a big fan of LCB all the time, and honestly really love LCB items, hahaha. This is a nice change for LCB items. I kind of thought that the number of items are a little smaller, and figured out the reason from this article. I actually use a few of items mostly, so this change doesn't really affect me.

@Vanenhox thanks for the comments. GEO location works based on IP but also the information we input in the backend, so it can cater correct casinos/bonuses etc. So please do PM me or one of the Mods so we can make the necessary updates. The thing is , casinos constantly change TC, bonus rules and restrictions so it can...

Granted human error is always possible. Why we appreciate and RELY on our membership feedback to keep everything up to date. It is commendable that the LCB staff is constantly striving to improve the site and the services it offers. Having said that I wonder about the geo location function, because I have noticed that inaccuracies do occur in other areas of the site where bonuses are advertised and displayed. It is commendable that the LCB staff is constantly striving to improve the site and the services it offers. Having said that I wonder about the geo location function, because I have noticed that inaccuracies do occur in other areas of the site where bonuses are advertised and displayed. For instance some casino's that have been displayed as restricted for Danish players are in fact not restricted for Danish players. The geo location function in regards to these bonuses and sites (and I have noticed a few at least through the time I have been a member) has not always been 100 percent accurate. I hope special measures are going to be taken to insure access to shop items is not prohibited when in fact these items could be used by members.

Should be an useful feature that. Appreciate the efforts of the LCB staff to makes it easier for all us the users and..Blueday of course ; ) It's another theme that most of the chips (casino & bingo) are still not available in my region despite they supposedly should be, but that's not and LCB team fault of course.

I think that this is a wonderful thing. It definitely takes out the confusement players might get when they go to the shop and find their favorite places or casinos where they can play but can't claim the LCB chips. I've definitely been there so I think this is a wonderful addition to the already amazing LCB.

Ealier I could see all games that those casino have and since a few years back I did not see about a quarter of their games and later I asked live chat about it and he simply said I only see the games that are avaliable in my country. This is a great new feature from LCB and I am glad they added it, it makes things easier for us as players and for LCB team :) great job guys and thank you.

This is a very useful feature that prevents people who are not eligible for a certain item in the shop to waste their time, reading through the terms and looking for a brand that actually does not accept players from their country. LCB is improving from day to day. Keep up a good work!

As is the consequences of implementing this feature are...many confused and likely upset LCBers, an immediate uptick in the number of searches on Google for "how to get around Google geo location services"...

Did LCB Admins want to reduce their work load, I mean why did this feature make it over others?? How is this feature going to "...improve the user experience and the overall feel of the Shop", I wonder?? More likely to cause more problems than solutions.
