Global Leader in iGaming Enters Fifth US State with PlayDigital

Soon after fortifiying lottery leadership in Mexico and launching in Spain, IGT is back to announce that its compelling digital casino content, such as the company’s high-performing PlayCasino games Fortune Coin, Siberian Storm, and Cleopatra, have made a West Virginia debut!

From March 14, the global leader in gaming will supply leading online casino operators across West Virginia with its most recent blockbusters, simultaneously expanding its U.S. digital gaming footprint to five states in total.

PlayDigital Enters Fifth State

Almost five months after extending PlayCasino foothold to the Netherlands in a landmark deal with Holland Casino, the world’s largest developer of gaming machines, lotteries and sports betting, International Game Technology confirms its fifth state entrance in the USA.

A large collection of player-favorite PlayCasino games in the style of Fortune Coin, Siberian Storm, Cleopatra and Ultimate X Poker have been approved to go live on mobile and online play with casino operators throughout the state.

Among the company’s high performing products are many compelling PlayDigital games, which are now fully available to IGT PlayCasino customers, recognized for excellence around the world.

Some of the recently signed multi-year agreements are with Yggdrasil in November 2021 as well as Playtech earlier that year, FanDuel in 2020 and so on.

Promoting Positive Play

A couple of days earlier, IGT announced that the company will remain dedicated to supporting the Problem Gambling Awareness Month by launching its Positive Play social media campaign.

On that occasion, IGT has made a contribution to the International Center for Responsible Gaming. The Awareness Month is annually held in March and was created by the National Council on Problem Gambling to increase public awareness throughout the country.
