With the advent of sports betting in the US, Gaming Innovation Group’s (GiG) level of activity has risen dramatically, as deal after deal is being made with some of the leading brands in iGaming...
…And it doesn't get much bigger, brand-wise, than teaming-up with Hard Rock International, one of the world's largest gaming groups and resort chains.
Going Mobile
Before the end of the year, Hard Rock will launch their mobile-ready sportsbook provided by GiG, after the developer supplied a brand new massive platform HC earlier this year.
The mobile sportsbook will feature risk management, odds and data and will be of such magnitude that GiG could not keep themselves from proclaiming they will be “a force to be reckoned with” with the release of Hard Rock mobile sportsbook...
...And seeing as Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City should benefit greatly from this, GiG will first have to go through the procedure of obtaining sports betting certification by the New Jersey regulatory body.
The news of this partnership comes right after GiG's new breakthrough in game development with the completion of its first ever in-house title, Wild Reels. The game is developed by the GiG Games team.
“Proven Track Record”
GiG's director of sports, Endre Nesset, stated that the sheer strength of their new wagering product helped Hard Rock decide that it was GiG they should be paired up with...
...And added: “We have spent the past two years developing sports betting products with the latest technology to ensure the operator has all the tools they need to manage risk, create their own markets and a front-end solution which offers the best user experience. Couple this with our ability to solve problems using innovation with Hard Rock’s product vision for the US, we are going to be a force to be reckoned with.”
Nesset also said that GiG's proven track record with Hard Rock, when they launched online casino together this year, was also a vital factor in this deal.
Months of Hard Work
Mostly active in sports betting industry for the past several months, GiG have done themselves a tremendous favor by excelling at providing technical solutions adopted by many big names...
...They were granted a business-to-business sports betting license by the UKGC at the beginning of this month, a month after the launch of Comply monitoring service with Mr Green.
And it all began at the beginning of July, when GiG was first licensed by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement and given a green light to supply real-money online casino platforms to operators.
Meanwhile, Hard Rock has started a charity action featuring Bruce Springsteen merchandise soon after the Atlantic City Resort announced the employment of their new president, who arrives from the Tampa Bay branch.

Good news, I suppose this will motivate other developers and operators to release their mobile sportsbooks before the end of the year too.
