Game Account Network (GAN), a leading B2B provider to the iGaming sector, made a huge announcement on Monday, January 14th, stating that it has signed a long-term deal with the FanDuel Group.
This contract implies that GAN will be offering their services as FDG’s platform for fast distribution of their online casino software, as well as tending account services for online sports gambling in the US.
Mutual Gaining
The states that are included in this agreement are Pennsylvania, with a population of 13 million people and West Virginia with a humble population of 1.8m. This is not the first time that GAN and FDG are working together in the US.
Since 2013, GAN has been providing FDG with their services in New Jersey, the Northeastern state with a population of 9 million citizens.
This deal between the two companies will not only increase the value of mutual revenue share but will also increase professional services and GAN’s licensing fees for their patent.
What Is The Patent All About
As mentioned in the agreement between the two companies, FDG will license GAN’s innovative patent for online gamblers in the US. The patented technology actually gives the wagers permission to link their loyalty cards to online gambling account and by doing so, they receive loyalty points in exchange for online gambling.
Linking loyalty cards with online gambling account will not only help casino patrons to enlarge their revenue and bring more new wagers to the table but also give the opportunity for these two companies to gain new clients in the US and spread their services across the country.
What is GAN’s main goal?
GAN is a leading software company that works with US land-based casinos. They are providing these casinos with their online gambling software called GameSTACK.
This revolutionary software system is licensed exclusively to US casinos for regulating real money gambling online, as well as online sports betting.
Who is FanDuel Group?
FanDuel Group is a daily fantasy sports provider and bookmaker. This company is based in New York City. Just a few months ago, after the lifting of the ban that prohibited sports betting in the US, the company launched their amazing FanDuel Sportsbook app for online sport gambling.
Big Plans Ahead
“The contract extension combined with US Patent licensing represents a significant milestone in GAN’s US evolution and reinforces our view that in the heavily regulated US online gambling market, effective and compliant ‘platforms’ are a premium component of the supply chain rather than a commodity”, said Dermot Smurfit, the CEO of GAN company.
GAN is therefore very well placed to capitalize on the growth in US online gambling markets in terms of new operator clients, new States and underlying growth momentum.”, Smurfit added for the press.

It sounds like a good idea to attract gamblers with loyalty programs. Maybe it will become a thing in the future, who knows.
