Game Aggregator Expands as Leading iGaming Content Hub

Back

SOFTSWISS, a prominent provider in iGaming technology, has shared Q3 2024 performance results for its widely used Game Aggregator and the growing Jackpot Aggregator. The Game Aggregator, considered the industry’s largest content hub, added new clients and game offerings, cementing its position as a leader. Simultaneously, the Jackpot Aggregator—a solution created to improve player engagement and retention—demonstrated significant progress, adding features that contributed to player interaction across multiple gaming platforms.

Robust Growth in Content and Partnerships

The SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator boasts an extensive portfolio, with over 23,500 games available, making it the largest in the industry. The aggregator’s growth in 2024 has been driven by strategic partnerships with more than 280 game providers. Its network of connected casinos grew by 43% year-over-year in Q3 2024, with over 1,200 brands now linked to the aggregator, offering players a vast selection of gaming options.

The Game Aggregator attributes this impressive client expansion to a number of key factors, including a 99.999% uptime rate that allows uninterrupted access for users. Additionally, the aggregator has focused on enhancing player engagement tools throughout 2024, with the adoption of its Tournament Tool rising by 80% from the previous quarter. This tool supports tournaments across a range of game types, including slot games, as well as crash and live games.

SOFTSWISS has also seen significant success with the Jackpot Aggregator, which experienced marked growth driven by the Prime Network Jackpot—a collective jackpot pool that benefits from contributions by participating casinos. In Q3 2024, the Prime Network Jackpot accounted for 38% of all jackpot bets, a four-percentage-point increase compared to Q2. By pooling contributions, this network jackpot enables larger wins than what single brand-specific jackpots might offer.

“Previously, our clients could seamlessly integrate the Jackpot Aggregator to create brand-specific jackpots. This quarter, they have expanded their use by participating in Prime Network Jackpot campaigns, continuing to engage players effectively,” noted Tatyana Kaminskaya, Head of Partnerships at SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator.

Strategic Enhancements and Future Growth

As the Jackpot Aggregator evolves, SOFTSWISS is dedicated to expanding its functionalities and is actively working toward gaining certification in new markets. This aligns with the rising demand among operators for a flexible and powerful jackpot tool. According to Angelina Stasiuk, Head of Business Line at SOFTSWISS Jackpot Aggregator, “We continue to enhance the SOFTSWISS Jackpot Aggregator's functionality and pursue certification in new markets. It’s encouraging to see the growing interest among our clients.”

The independent or combined use of both the Game Aggregator and Jackpot Aggregator provides casino operators with versatile options that strengthen their key performance indicators (KPIs), showcasing SOFTSWISS's influential role in the iGaming sector.
