From the Players, For The Players: Testing Gambola Casino Deposits, KYC and Cashouts

This time, an LCB tester known as R0UNDER (you may remember him from Whamoo Casino Test), has put Gambola Casino to the trial to provide us with valuable information about the entire experience.

As expected, the tester has followed all the usual steps for a comprehensive online casino inquiry; registering, verification, depositing and withdrawal, while the entire survey took place on 9 April.

Here’s the short summary of the test before we take off:

With that out of the way – let’s see how things really worked out for R0UNDER.

Registering and KYC

The journey for R0UNDER at Gambola Casino started on 9 April at 00:40 CET. It goes without saying that seconds earlier, he visited the official casino review page to get redirected through our link on LCB.

There are three initial steps before opening an account, and the whole process shouldn’t take more than a minute. After entering his email address, setting logins (password, username and mobile number) R0UNDER confirmed his address, date of birth and verification code sent via SMS, as shown below.

Since the withdrawal already occurred at 10:11 AM on the same day, R0UNDER assumes that the verification of his account was completed in a couple of hours. He never received any confirmation about KYC by email.

Topping up

Let’s take a look at the depositing process, which also happened on 9 April at 03:40 AM CET. R0UNDER topped up his newly created account with Gambola via MuchBetter, a smart payment app and Ewallet. The deposited amount was exactly EUR 150.00 without any additional fees involved.

Note, that the total amount received after depositing was exactly EUR 150.00; the transaction time was instant and without any delay.

Just to be sure, the tester went to Transactions in his account to make sure that the deposit is ready for use. That’s basically it, the payment was processed instantly via MuchBetter and without any fees.

Exploring the Library

The requested cashout of the remaining EUR 50 was demanded via the same method – MuchBetter. After going to Transactions and checking his total funds, he entered the amount in the casino’s withdrawal box.

The cashout was received around 10:11 AM CET on the same day, amounting EUR 50,00 as initially requested. According to the report, it took less than 5 hours for the payout to be credited to our tester’s MuchBetter account.
