From the Players, for the Players: Missed Payout on Account of Mandatory Wagering at Andromeda Casino

Straight Deposit Hits the Fan due to Compulsory WR

Intensive testing of online casinos can turn sour when you least expect it. The hard truth is that some gaming sites along the way don’t meet our project’s criterion, and sometimes, it’s simply too late to do anything about it.

One of such places is US-friendly casino Andromeda, a Curacao licensed site for online gambling with a futuristic theme and a multitude of products originating from 56+ providers and counting.

Our fellow tester, Juggaloroscoe, was the first in line to bring you some comprehensive information about this operator and his overall experience from registering to playing (there is no pending cashout whatsoever), so let’s get into more detail and see how things turned out for our player in the end.

By now, you’ve probably recognized his nickname from other test reports within our project “From the Players, For the Players”, so stick about as we go down to brass tacks about Andromeda Casino.

In short, this is how the testing unfolded:

  • Tester of the day: Juggaloroscoe
  • Date of signing up is Tuesday, August 31st 2021
  • Account topped up with $200 in Bitcoin on the same day, August 31
  • KYC not completed due to unaccomplished WR
  • No successful withdrawal

Intrigued? Sit back and see each chapter drop by drop to figure out where things went sideways for Juggaloroscoe… again.

Registration and Depositing

The registration process with Andromeda Casino started on 31 August when our tester began entering his personal and contact details to successfully open an account. After going through the usual verification procedure, Juggaloroscoe opted for Bitcoin as a method of preference to top up his account and cashed in $200 worth of crypto in a couple of minutes to become eligible to play.

Under the casino’s Terms and Conditions, he immediately discovered that the maximum withdrawal amount starts at $100 or currency equivalent, including crypto.

Another rule that caught his attention is the fact that a player must wager a deposited amount at least 3 times prior to withdrawal due to a higher risk of fraud. Perhaps not the best news he wanted to hear after depositing, but let’s see how things turned out in the end.

Gameplay

As already disclosed, this casino hosts a library of more than 56+ providers, ranging from slots and table games to lottery, but there are plenty more offerings to be found here.

Right after topping up his account with $200 BTC, Juggaloroscoe started his playing adventures with Northern Heat, a 2019 release from Mascot Gaming. A dreary session with small ups and downs told our tester it’s time to make a change, so he switched to another slot from the same provider – Purple Pills.

Still, our tester never had any luck, he kept losing and he burned through $150 in minutes until he was down to about $50. To make matters worse, as balance kept declining, he was nowhere near fulfilling the wagering requirements. Other picks spanned from Zombie Town, Buffalo 50, Lavish Joker, Space Storm to Tiger’s Claw and so forth.

After playing for a while, Juggaloroscoe expressed his dissatisfaction for not winning anything or reaching playthrough requirements by getting in contact with customer support. All they answered was that games use a random number generator and that the outcome depends purely on the player’s luck, as always.

Withdrawal

Seeing that this session will likely not result in a successful withdrawal, Juggaloroscoe decided to sign off and therefore finished the test without cashing out.

Conclusion

Inconveniently, this concludes our test. Even though the x3 mandatory wagering on straight deposits seems a bit high, it is what the Terms state.

Please let us know in the comment section what you think about Juggaloroscoe’s actions after realizing that a straight deposit requires a 3x rollover.

In the meantime, we will continue to test more casinos under our project From the Players, For the Players so don’t forget to see our other reports and make a comparison to build your knowledge about iGaming further.

Stay tuned for more reports coming soon.
