This situation did damage to their reputation and got them in hot water with players. We are not sure why would a company with a globally recognizable name allows for this to happen. Throwing a party for the industry members is all fine but operators will still heavily rely on their clients' options so redirecting part of the resources in fixing this problem would be a good idea.
