Fantasma Games’ First Initial Public Offering (IPO) Beyond Expectations

One of the most creative developers of next-generation online slots Fantasma Games is happy to announce that its initial public offering (IPO) went more than well. Thanks to this, the forward-thinking gang secured a solid amount of funding ahead of the NASDAQ First North debut scheduled for March 23.

To be precise, the initial offer of SEK 21 million (£1.8 million) was significantly oversubscribed, eventually amounting to SEK 216 million (£18.2 million) and corresponding to an unexpected subscription ratio of 1,269 percent.

Continued Expansion and Growth

Fantasma will add 1,000 new shareholders, with 700,000 shares and 560,000 warrants of series TO1 issued. Approximately 68% of the offer was submitted by Fantasma’s board and management plus Mangold Fondkommisison AB, Pontus Lindwall, KL Capital AB, and Christian Rasmussen.
