The Coingaming Group, operator of BitCasino.io announced its pick for new managing director. Former William Hill executive, Richard Walsh, takes on the role after dedicating over two decades to the UK bookie’s senior management team. His work with the Bitcoin casino operator resulted in a move to the group’s main office in Tallinn, Estonia.
Walsh will report to CEO, Tim Heath, and oversee the casino, its online sportsbook operation, sportsbet.io, and a new eSports-focused brand, expected to launch soon.
This marks the company’s third industry appointment. The news of Walsh’s appointed position follows Christopher Uren’s acceptance of the group’s Director of Sportsbook, and Dominic Bourke as Director of Casino.
