Back Captain Up Snags Largest Deal to Date with Playtech

Playtech has recently partnered with Captain Up, a company dedicated to increasing user lifetime value, and personalizing user experiences. The partnership makes the platform a Playtech Certified Partner. Via the recent collaboration, the software brand has been granted access to an entirely new method of accommodating its players through incentives and rewards, to INCREASE LOYALTY.

Dedicated to increasing the level of player engagement, Captain Up has implemented assorted social gaming mechanics, in an effort to integrate features like tournaments, leaderboards, messaging, and badges, into the player experience. The process begins with its tools, which are supported by a web-based back office solution, being integrated into the brand’s IMS player management system.

Shimon Akad, chief operating officer for Playtech, commented, "This integration enables our licensees to access an even broader range of unique technologies that can help differentiate their offerings and significantly enhance their player engagement, through the use of real-time analytics.”

Akad continued, "We have known about Captain Up for some time and we're very pleased to be working together."

Playtech, though certainly the largest thus far, will not be the first collaboration for Captain Up, as it has already partnered with the likes of operators such as Ladbrokes, and 888.

CEO and founder of Captain Up, added, "We are delighted with the opportunity to join forces with Playtech, and offer its customers the tools to maximize user value, using our engagement and retention platform.”
