BtoBet Shortlisted For IGA's Awards

Hot off the heels of winning the Innovation of the Year award at Balkan Entertainment and Gaming Expo, casino software specialists and platform providers BtoBet are out to snatch another acclaim.

This time around, they're being nominated for the In-Play Sports Betting Company Award due to be handed out at next February's International Gaming Awards, held at Savoy Hotel in London, UK.

Celebrating Sheer Quality

Winning this accolade would complete a hat-trick of valuable recognitions: beside the aforementioned BEGE prize the company also won the In-Play Betting Software of the Year at the Starlet Awards.

They will face stiff competition at the London event where they've been shortlisted for the award among other industry hard-hitters. The names of other nominees have not been published yet on Awards' official website which devotes a passage to In-Play Sports Betting Company of the Year.

The IGA site states that, “The winner of this new category will have shown that their software has a high degree of commercial success while having an excellent interface and user experience.”

The key criteria, according to the official statement, will be the product developed in the last 12 months that sets the winning company apart from others and is capable of “exciting and engaging customers in all areas of in-play betting.”

Making an Honor

BtoBet's Chief Marketing Officer Sabrina Solda says that it is a “remarkable recognition for the company” to even be considered for this award as it is a great way to end a successful year.

“Throughout the year BtoBet has made significant improvements to the functionalities of its Neuron Sports platform, and we are delighted that this has been recognized by the judges at the International Gaming Awards.”

BtoBet's team has undergone significant changes and has been quite strengthened during the year in order to accomplish the goals set by the high hierarchy and in order to provide the “most holistic betting experience to the players.”

The In-Play Sports Betting Company Award will be awarded to a company whose product shows a high degree of commercial success as well as an “excellent interface and user experience.”

Experts in AI

Aside from winning titles, BtoBet – who recently expanded into Africa and then soon after in Colombia - is busy serving as an authority in various fields of technological research and experimentation:

Their CSO, Konstandina Zafirovska, attended the Easter European Gaming Summit in Sofia in late November where she took part on a panel discussing Artificial intelligence and its appliance in the iGaming industry.

The panel focused on AI as a tool that assists operators and alleviates their work in terms of day-to-day activities. It also looked into how it provides players with a holistic gambling experience.
