UK game studio and slot specialist, Blueprint Gaming, has announced the launch of their brand-new game and the fourth one created in partnership with Warner Bros. movie company – Mars Attacks!
A slot iteration of the legendary blockbuster sci-fi comedy from 1996 starring Jack Nicholson and Pierce Brosnan, directed by Tim Burton, the game follows in the footsteps of a fruitful cooperation that produced Top Cat, Thundercats and The Goonies – with the latter being Blueprint's most successful game ever.
Beware of Martians...or Not
The 5x3 slot game features five modifiers (Radiation Blaster, Mega Shrink Ray – which transforms a reel into 5x5 configuration – are just some of those), and four bonus rounds (Spy Hunter, We Come in Peace, DNA Analysis, Martian Takeover) that all lead to one big finale, Final Stand. Mars Attacks also boasts Alien invasion Gamble feature...
...as well as Martian Modifiers which alters the reels in such a way that they get 3125 paylines in total!
An important bit of info regarding this release is that it promises some whopping big payouts: namely, the game contains Blueprint's own Jackpot King Deluxe progressive jackpot multi-game system which guarantees a fixed value payout through its two 'must be won by' pots.
Blueprint’s Director of Marketing and Relationships, Jo Purvis, comments: “We come in peace! Mars Attacks!™ is an iconic sci-fi film, and we are really excited to offer it to all of our partners and their players.”
He went on to add: “It’s one of our most engaging titles yet, with a multitude of bonus features and the possibility of defending the world against the alien invasion in a bonus mode. Fans of the film will be able to battle through progressive bonus rounds, with a giant finale fitting of the comedy classic.”
Aiming to Please Users of All Devices
Mars Attacks! is, as is the custom nowadays, available for play on all devices with no exceptions: desktop, smartphones and tablets, regardless of the operative system used.
In recent months, the company (which is a part of the larger Gauselmann Group conglomerate from Germany) has been working on enhanced versions of some of its flagship games...
...In December, they unveiled the boosted version of the game Vikings Unleashed – Megaways which incorporates new mechanics that enables the game to have 117,649 payines.
Only a few days later, enhanced version of Slots O'Gold was released , also featuring the Megaways mechanics that produces a total of 15,625 ways to win.
Commenting on the occasion, Jo Purvis said: “Following the huge success of Slots O’ Gold, we’re thrilled to have unveiled a new and improved version of this Irish-themed slot. Integrating the highly popular MegaWays™ mechanic will give the game an added dimension and enhanced user experience, which we’re sure will appeal to fans of the original release, along with new players.”

Ah, it is so exciting to find out this game. I played a few of BluePrint especially made after the Bonanza. Mars Attacks is made after the famous old movie. I don't remember the story, but the game seems to reflect the qualities of the movie :) Great.

This is incredibly exciting. Ill have to find somewhere that I can play it. I love Mars attacks and think their slots are pretty good. Looking forward to seeing the bonus features described... I mean who doesn' t love a bonus feature at the best of times. And four is always better than one. The graphics seem prettty cool...

I played this, and liked it, pretty much by default - as all their slots pretty much have the same Bonus Features :) Either a mix of, or exactly the same, which in this case is not a bad thing. I played this, and liked it, pretty much by default - as all their slots pretty much have the same Bonus Features :) Either a mix of, or exactly the same, which in this case is not a bad thing. I really enjoy their graphics specifically, and i bet their eye for detail, and use of high end cartoon style graphics, is what gets them a lot of those licenses for branded games such as this. Other recent great examples are the Goonies, Inspector Gadget and more... So cool, as those are movies i grew up with, so to speak. So apart from the nostalgic factor, their graphics and multiple features in every game, are guaranteed to lure me in every time, to do a few spins (more like millions :P)
