BitStarz is introducing something NEW to its site, per the needs of its members. More specifically, its players have expressed the need for clarification on the topic of their MAX BET rule. This particular rule applies to bonus money, and is addressed in the terms and conditions.

I am not a bonus user, but if I were, I would think that I'd be very careful to know what the max bet was and not go over it! From all of the comments I've seen, this isn't the case. I guess many players get excited and continue to increase their bet until 'oops,' or not realizing it at all. So, for those players that 'oops' over the max bet and the rest of you that don't even realize you've done it until the casino tells you, send your casino a thank you note if they are kind enough to give you "bonus protection!" It's the right thing to do!

About damn time lol. But i don't understand why the max bet anyways. Any real casino that gives you a match bet coupon allows you to bet the full value of it all on one bet. They are not worried about a cap.

So nice to hear about good relationship with players but how it look in real ?? I have not the best experience with BitStarz casino, however i think is worth it to give them some credit as everywhere in the support can work one asshole...
